The recently launched new version is good. Useful dashboards on usage and clean user interface. Just one major complaint, the auto-pay setup on the previous version of the app was reset without notification. I was unaware until I received an overdue message. Even more weird is the fact that the stored card details have been retained, only the auto-pay was lost in the update. In subsequent updates, please ensure these settings are also migrated.

The app has been greatly enhanced and it is pretty good, but bars on consumptions are not representative at all, when you see numbers of the top and bar size one could be pretty much double but bar size are pretty much the same, so you will tend to think that was every ok when in reality it has a big bump on consumptions.

The app is great, beautiful, and very useful. However it shares the same woes of the website which is the api calls are verrrry slow which makes it not worth the while. I just go on, pay, and leave. No need for an app for that.

I have not been able to log onto the app for more than a year now. When i use the web credentials, it doesn't work. New credentials through forgot password doesn't work. When you call the helpline, no one can help. The contents of the app were good since I have used it earlier. But only if you can login.

Nice facade and interface, much cleaner than the old app. Archaic cheaply integrated backend, even after you pay your bill, and receive all the text confirmation from both your bank and ADDC themselves, the app continues to show the same amounts due.

Horrible! Is someone even looking into this app? It is useless at all. First, it was not recognizing my E-id number. Second, the password you enter is always erroneous! I have to sit for 30 minutes just making new password. Then just when all was okay, it will tell you that your username isn't available...at the end of it all!

Useful app, but please enable pasting in the password field. You're effectively forcing people to use simple easy-to-type and easy-to-remember passwords which are insecure.

Doesn't allow to paste in various fields, yet asks for a strong password. This makes it impossible to use a password manager. After going through the tedious sign up process it told me my username already exists... All the way at the end!

I've tried more than 40 different usernames and it always says. User name already exists which is impossible. Do not download the app it is a waste of time. The developer seems to be originally a zoo keeper or watchman. Something like that.

Great improvement!! The new app has new features and very fresh look and feel. The graphs and details help a lot. Download bill pdf is very useful. Biometric helped me from remembering password.. nice work!!!

Useless application. The login details are not working. The same login is working in web portal. Always application saying wrong credentials which is completely annoying.

WORST APP EVER!!! I wasted hours of precious time trying to register a username (I followed all the tips and recommendations of the app) BUT keeps saying Username already used. Even with a crazy combination of letters, numbers and special characters. Same BUG!!! Guys! Better hire good developers/programmers or get back to the candle...

Never logs in properly. Only website is working atleast fine. Even with right credentials as well this app is not working. Waste of time.

Can't make payment with saved cards. Payment via the app fails way too often. Fix these bugs soon as possible as the app is a convenient way to pay the bills.

I am always facing issues with the app when ever I want to make payment through app it always stuck on the payment page and I have to again pay through phone service. I wish if management can have look into it and solve the problem.

I used to pay via apps and though there were some issue but now since today's update i am not able to log in. Its displaying invalid password and username. Tried to retrieve my password via forget password and now its showing me the user name doesn't exist. May be new update erase all the existing username. Why update if it doesn't work? Please solve it.

This app does not allow me to login using same login credentials, I can login to ADDC account on website. It's been happening for long time now. But this time I decided to post my feedback here. Hope you guys resolve this issue.

Amazing and easy way of payment. Details and the way the application has been made is super user friendly. Well done to the IT and business users who made it possible for customers of ADDC.

I am using Android Phone. I installed the app and try to open, it's showing "You are not allowed to use in app in untrusted device". So which is trusted device.

After updating the application I cannot open the app. It is landing on the error page that addc app will work only on the trusted device. I am using Samsung 9 plus .please help

Just received a message to download the app and been trying all morning and unable to even login to the app while website login works just fine.

The new version is amazing , with biometric login, and fast payment. We'll done

Functionality need to be improved. Login settings need to remembered automatically or there should be option to login with biometrics. It is irritating to login always.

Very Worstesr app... Very very very very much irritating to create a single username. Whatever i apply, result shows as already exist. Pissed off trying more than 45mts. Admin please look in to it. Infact i dont want to given even 1 star.

saved card problem. you cannot pay with saved card. it keeps failing. you have to enter you card details every time you pay for the bills. please fix it.

The system doesn't have any available usernames. Even if you try the most random username, the app will tell you that it's already taken. Cannot activate my account.

this app needs a lot of fixing, even if you put the wiredest username, it still says the username is already taken... i feel like giving up on trying to make an account using this app.

I'm unable to use the app. After putting the credentials (Username and Password) and login, the app closes by itself. Please fix it......
