At the beginning the app worked well but now, for the past 6-8 months the app keeps crashing (i tried force to stop option, reinstalling the app). The feedback and support section is not available, so not easy to report in real time, as every time I get message "sth went wrong or no internet connection" even if all ok with the internet. The booking option majority of times shows "no available cars in your area / fully booked" but it was ok to book directly via the website. Very frustrating.

Used to be brilliant. And then... Used to book AL cars through App, Web or by phone call. Now neither App nor Web accept bookings: "Sorry we're Fully Booked in your area for this time, pls try on ASAP basis..." This began months before Covid and still hasnt stopped. Tho Web is marginally better. No matter the input: different area, and/or advance booking time, same thing. Even calling: on hold for 10mins! A shame as 98% of AL Drivers I've used give 100% ...Oh how the mighty are fallen?

Used to be my go to taxi app. Last time I booked a taxi in advance to go to St Pancras, the taxi never showed. I got a text 5 min before pick up time telling me that they couldn't find a driver. 5 min before hand?!?!?! Luckily Uber came right away. Now it won't let me book any taxi in advance. Don't recommend anymore

Car was about the arrive late by 40 minutes and received notification at the arrival time, having booked 3 hours ahead of time it is disappointing not to have received a notification sooner. 2 stars because customer service phone call was efficient.

This is not a review of the app but the company. I'd booked a cab two weeks in advance to help me take my puppy home following surgery. One minute before the scheduled pick up time I got a call saying the cab would be 45 minutes late. I was then charged additional money for a late fee! At no time was I offered an apology or explanation or refund, an all round awful service and stressful situation.

Used to be my most trusted cab company. I booked last night for this morning and booking was accepted then I got a text telling me a car couldn't be assigned and I had to wait. Late to my meeting as a result. Concerned by reviews which look like the company went downhill and I have to wait 5 days for my money back. Money I paid for a service not received that they can take immediately but apparently not refund immediately.

Less user friendly than Uber. With Uber it is obvious from the outset once trip is booked, whereas on this app, once you book, it goes back to the screen where you don't see that you are already waiting for the cab, and you can misunderstand and book again. First time I used this, I booked the same journey 3 times! Had to cancel the 2nd and 3rd when the drivers arrived and called me. Needs an obvious indicator on the map screen that a journey is already booked.

Finding it really easy and convenient to book, especially with the clear options for the car types. Really like how easy it is to cancel or reschedule as well as how is it is to book in advance! Also I've just genuinely had the lost wonderful experience with the drivers so far! They have all been so patient helpful and polite! Very different experience to Uber and my local cab companies! As a disabled person, a bit of patience goes an insanely long way so I am really enjoying this service!

Not bad, although it could do with a few advancements (like the fact that an address can be typed in but does not appear to be picked up on the results list that appears when you are typing/have typed, if at all - that is, until you press enter, which can be misleading and frustrating initially, before that is discovered).

App is generally OK, but payment system is million years behind market. It is complicated, slow and it doesn't work. Not mention that you need to register separately for payment system. It's really stressful when I needed taxi and my card was constantly being declined and it was not card wrong. Horrible experience. Won't risk it anymore if I need taxi now

Used to be good, but the reliability of the service has been horrendous recently. I had a journey that was delayed by at least 1.5 hours due to their incompetence, I'll be cancelling my account and definitely wouldn't recommend them if you want a reliable taxi service. Update: I've contacted their customer service with my complaint, it's been 5 days and no signs of a reply. Will stop wasting my time with this company from now on.

Brilliant service. Greatest thing Is that I can book for someone else and put their name in as the passenger which you can't do with most other apps. The app UI is very easy and intuitive to use As far as the drivers, they are very professional, good vehicles and I have no complaints Great app overall

Worst experience I ever had using Cab app, the driver stopped really far away from me, I even took a print screen, I asked him to come to the right position and he refused, then I was charged 18 pounds for the cancellation, of course I spoken on the support and they said the driver was there and they won't refund me. Nightmare! I waited for 30 min until the cancellation, I got a cab from another app and it arrived in 2 minutes.... I'm feeling robbed! Terrible service and and even worst costumer service.

Tells you no cars available for the journey I wanted to book in any of the categories. Created a new account from a desktop browser and suddenly there were plenty of options available . Whatever automated profiling you do, it's sad and pretty dumb in fact. At least have the courtesy of displaying something like "security checks failed" rather than just saying no cars available.

The app is terrible, it doesn't accurately find where you are or where you are going to - which can ultimately end in additional charges. It also doesn't look at traffic times for the drivers, so can take longer if the drivers use this as a satnav.

The app mostly works ok for me except for the journey reminders. I booked two cabs today, one for 10:15pm and the other for 3:15am. Both reminders told me that my cab was due to arrive over an hour later than I booked it. The journeys were both fine and on time, but the reminders need fixing.

Dreadful, badly supported unreliable app that givesy you access (when it / if it works) to overpriced services, the couries always dishonesty try and get extra payments for waiting etc. Often they indicate they've arrived when no where near, charge you to rearrange the van when they've got to much onboard etc. Latest app problem is password not resetting after it decided to log me out. There idea of IT support is an email and wait a day or so for a response

I pre-booked a cab to pick me up in the early hours of the morning and they didn't show up. I was waiting on the street for 30 mins with my luggage. 5mins before my booking time, I was sent a text saying they were struggling to find a driver as it was so busy but one would be signed within 15mins (bearing in mind I booked a few days ahead). Another 15 mins later I got another test saying the same thing. I ended up getting an Uber (luckily there was one around). Uninstalling this app.
