I like the usability of the app but I have not found a way to set a default number for a user with multiple phone numbers and when trying to switch to a video card from a verbal conversation, you have to restart your call. I have updated my review rating due to the response from the developer. I greatly appreciate the developer getting back to me.
Very good, convenient, easy to use and friendly. Thank you I am not taking the 5 stars off, but recently I do experience how the app is crushing every time I open and use it.. I am not sure what the reason.. but it is not fun.. to say the least
Excellent app/service, especially if you keep getting nuisance calls from unknown numbers. If you keep receiving unsolicited calls, & it always quotes "NO CALLER ID", "UNKNOWN NUMBER", or "SPAM", (equivalent to a cold caller whose withheld number only performs OUTBOUND calls, as such that YOU can't call back), this app is an absolute godsend.
Using past 1 month. Found it better in few aspects than other caller id apps. Best feature I found was that I can send WhatsApp message without saving a number through this app. Only con for me is that I can't support them financially as of now, Premium version is way costlier than the previous app that I was using since last 2-3 years. As a result, bearing ads.
After ending the received call on locked phone, the app appears after call screen. When the app appears the phone gets unlocked for few seconds like 2 to 3 seconds. This is kinda dangerous. You guys can make the app float while on call but after call there is screen that bothers me a lot.
I would have given this app 5 star but its very difficult for the app to identify other number that are not on your contact list or eyecon, the developers should look into this and revert, when using truecaller app the name of the caller automatically pups up with whatever name. So I we need that too on eyecon or better one. Every other thing about this app is amazing most especially their quotes.
It's really good for unknowns calls before installing Eyecon I'm worried see the unknown number picked up or not but the aap amazing shows callers name so my problem solved. But callers pictures system not good. So I found any callers pic don't find accurate person. So I excepted they make better services soon@
Frustrating after call screen ...... Super app but no option to skip after call screen by seeing ads, too many restrictions are there. Most annoying is after call screen of 15 second. Earlier u had given an option to watch a ad and get rid of annoying after call screen for a day., But u recalled it and now it's very annoying to get that after call screen after every call & even missed call. I am right now u installing it, due to this reason only. Though the app is world class
It does not work for me when I open the app and dail my number for verification always give me this message (sorry we are not able to complete this request please restart eyecon and try again) When I restart and try again then doesn't see any changes So what is the resion? Will the problem be solve or I delete the app? I don't know how to reply I edited past comments I live in Afghanistan and want to register in Afghanistan
My only problem is that it doesn't search for any contacts from other social media apart from contacts you alredy stored. I will be happy if the app can identify people's phone numbers on facebook, whatsapp etc and transfer them to the app thanks.
Well it's amazing application when phone will ring then number will be appears on screen with the ID .So, in this way it's very helpful who's calling and from where even we didn't save the number.
Its a great app. I am so astonished how this app works and helps in recognizing people. It made my business very easy.
3/17/22: Will not activate on new s22 ultra. Contacted devs twice and sent logs. No response after several attempts. I have the paid version. Times out repeatedly. 4/20/19: Caller id bug when speaking with other caller shows the person you're talking to vs who's calling you. 4/30/19- issue still persists. (Resolved)
It's good but can be better. After a missed call or if I silent call, it shows information screen and phone stays active which causes accidental screen clicks when in pocket. Please fix so screen shuts off after missed call.
Didn't work like it used to. Doesn't show the number anymore just "Unknown Caller". But once the call ends I can see the number. Blocked numbers keep calling after being blocked numerous times. I'm in the market for a new app because this one is useless now
Activation issue plz fix it When i put my number and it says confirm number it automatically shows belgium code plz see this issue im trying since morning tried unistalling but same issue
App is ok but ....while full screen calling unable merge the calls...pls developer's kindly solve the problem

I have installed on my new phone and i m facing problem it is not working. It doesnt open notification in pop up. While it was working perfect on my previous android phone.

This app disturbs you a little from time to time. If the net looks a little bad then the new pictures that come - they go away. It seems annoying to me. So I have to install again and again. I hope you will solve this problem.
