After the last update it has become even more difficult to use the app, and adding beneficiary and choosing international currency is so difficult now. Just revert to the older version. It was much easier before than now after the latest update.
Dear All,I am trying to open an account through the Mobile app.Tried many times still not able to complete because of error.Submitted all documents successfully after that also it shows error.Non of them contact back also from bank. Tried many times not able to complete after submitting 100% documents successfully
Very disappointed with the new limitation of using the app on one device only. Very disappointing. This is backward modification to an app that was working fine.
The app is really slow sometimes..and the big problem Is I am outside the country and they ask me to update my details but pasport function is not working properly I tried so many times but it comes with an error that your pasport and visa is not same pasport ..but I have only one pasport which had the visa...you guys need to update this app and fix these errors it's annoying

After changing the device I am unable to access the app. Keep asking to call the customer service and my calls are getting dropped everytime due to the Q they are having. Tried reaching via WhatsApp and no one is responding from yesterday evening.
Worst service ever. I went to the branch 4 times just to check my old card and open another one because the first one was blocked . The last time I went they told me we will call you back within 2 days because we need to check some things and I haven't heard back since. The costumer service in the branch is honestly the worst and people there are not helpful at all . I will open an account in another bank for sure.
Previously I was able to download the credit card statements, however recently this throws up an error message "statement for this period is unavailable ". I have even reported this to the customer support... no update
App is pathetic, they they sent me wrong debit card and the card which showing in my account is different and also i cant login into app even giving correct details. Requested to call back but nothing
The app is not working properly. When If it was closed you can't open immediately. It shows waiting... And never open.
Swift and easy to use, only one issue I can't register my mobile as truated device which makes things even easier. Tried to contact Customer Service but no feedback.
Don't use ADIB VISA Credit Card for Airlines tickets purchase , they're charging international transaction fee plus VAT for my ticket purchase..even i purchased tickets from UAE ...Be carefull... This is my first experience a bank charging international transaction fee plus vat for a tickets purchase..
Always excellent and so easy to navigate payments and add beneficiaries without having to wait 24 hours. I absolutely love ADIB. Highly recommended 👌
Term and conditions is hassel everytime i use the app specially during urgent time. I thought its only once but every open of app its consuming minutes. Obviously user will not really read it and will just agree.
The new interface is very friendly, easy to use, transfer history is now available, confirm online payment via app is available, Transfer to any banks works smoothly,
The way they force terms and conditions at beginning of app start is frustrating. Bank is worst in UAE.they made it even wise by adding an intermediate button to transfer funds! Why????
Can't live without it Edit 18/5/2022: the app stopped working since 4 days approximately, I tried multiple times to close and re-open it but without success.. please help
the updated app works almost fine. User interface can be improved a bit though
What kind of app is this I need to create an account.I did the scanning on front side and back side of Emirates id and why do you guys want to hold the Emirates id and scan it again..A complete messed up app
Its usable which makes it better than most banking apps... Termz and conditions are unskipable and are 200 pages to scroll through...
The application is very useful and easy for use. It add value by making the banking experience with ADIB mor easy and fast.
Please restore the previous user interface for money transfer... it was MUCH practical and easier!
can't scan address page? lots of time try but same problem
Tried hundreds of times scanning the document but it never success..it says visa is expired which isnt correct..
One thing missing. The program can't handle multiple accounts with the same contact number.
This is the worst mobile banking app. Adib customer service is the worst. And please don't bother to visit the branch if you have some issue because you will wait in queue for atleast 2 hours or soo. Avoid this bank by all means.
Old version is much better than new as mny steps to do traction and hope we make better one No favorites nams Evry time you have to search to find names
I am facing problems with my app login , this is happening after the last updated you was doing, my phone is galaxy S10+,once I am trying to open the app it's freez and then shot down at all ,then again I open it, I get message from Android that is not compatible please contact your application provider , it's more than two weeks ago and still the issue are same
