With the amount of updates required you'd think this app would run way smoother. It takes forever to load content (even with strong internet connection) and when I go to favorites and try to scroll through them half the time it just keeps kicking me back up to the top of the list and I can't see all my favorites. Super frustrating.
lovely & easy experience while shopping thru the app but awful experience everytime i try to checkout thru the Adidas APP , I have separate billing & mailing addresses & the app continues to change them both to the same address. After several attempts it eventually realizes I want the 2 separate/different addresses to apply. Then & only then do I get my fabulous Adidas wear! Wouldn't wear anything else.
Unreliable app in terms of e-commerce function. Both of my orders (after app upgrade) ATHxxxx9440 and ATHxxxx0671 have not been fulfilled while credit card were charged. (This might b particular case only in my country). Dont take risk to order anything from this app esp. limited items coz you may be super upset with poor online customer service as well
If you buy something they will constantly send push notifications to review the product. I can not figure out how to make them stop, and i do not want to disable them because I like some of them. Also what kind of review is so life changing when the product is socks for 6 month old that you think it is worth constantly ask for it. As a life long adidas fan this is a major turn off
The biggest problem in the app is the fact that the language can not be selected regardless of the country. As an English speaker living in Italy who is not fluent in Italian, using the app is really hard for me. Other than that, I think the app is okay.
This is my opinion of the app not adidas. It says it saves your info for faster checkout next time but doesn't. When checking out, as I have many times, it tells me my address, phone number, and name are invalid credentials when they....clearly are. The app will randomly clear out my entire wishlist. Also the app and website are not synced so if you add stuff to your wishlist in the app it doesn't get added to your wishlist on the website. Stick to website.
The app is limited with what paying for payment types it accepts which is annoying. So I have to switch over to the web page. But damn web page has an old address in it that I can't remove. So I had to cancel the order because the incorrect shipping address was in there. That address is not even on my account!
Doesn't sync to the adidas website. I'm logged in on both but my cart & wishlist don't sync. Points and store credit don't always appear, and if they do they're inaccurate. I can't find a function to search for certain products/the navigation is terrible. The only reason I keep the app is to do the give back program - for some reason they only issue shipping labels through the app, which is a little silly, but I guess I'll use an annoying app if it lets me keep items out of landfills.
The functionality of this app is terrible. Some of my info did not sync, such as updated points and favorites items. I contacted Adidas several times and no one was able to help me fix the issue. I had to go to the desktop version to continue using it. Please fix the app.
I can easily find the products that I want. Though I noticed that the items on my mobile wishlist doesn't sync with the web version. Overall, it's a good app and the interface is easy to understand, at least some of it.
The app is well made. But what bothers me is that there is literally no customer service. Each time I tried to start a chat, it showed that all the customer reps are busy. Each Time. And when I called the number given in the app, no one picked up ever and it's always switched off. Just terrible customer service.
Useless app. I was logged in and was trying to place an order and it said I need to login. It wasn't bad enough that I had to change my password once because I installed the app. On resetting the password I was told that I was trying to use an older password which means the password I was entering previously was correct. On entering a new password, the product I was trying to buy was gone. I refuse to spend another hour looking for it. What trash. Had no such issues on the website.
Was great for a day then it just stopped working. It wouldn't load any of my orders or personal settings, just kept saying it was loading for ages. I did an uninstall and reinstall and now it's not even opening
This app is a scam, I ordered sandals and returned it a month ago due to size issue, still didn't get any refund for it, sent multiple mails and got no reply, tried calling customer support, as usual no response, there is a chat option in the app which is completely useless, no one there to answer our queries. Don't buy anything from this app, you won't be refunded if you return it.
My experience with this app is great!! Super great prices, and I was recommended to me. I went on another shoe app called confirmed, and it was giving me a hard time. I went on this ap, and it worked right away. I was able to get dope shoes with a super good price. I knew I had to give an automatic 5/5 star, and leave a great review. I recommend this app, with hundreds or thousands of shoe and slipper options. I say this all is my savior. I thank the creators of this app. Worth every penny.
Adidas, I love y'all but this app is not good, at all. It's slow, glitchy, and just too chaotic in layout. The fact I can't see may favorite items from the shopping I've done in a web browser while signed-in to my account, is very inconvenient. Clearing cache, user data, uninstall/reinstall....useless. Unacceptable for a global brand like yourselves. Please put some real time and effort into your mobile experience and hire competent designers and coders.
I wasn't really impressed with the check out experience. I think it need to be a tad bot more user friendly. Other than that great products and great prices!
The online store is where they sold all the defect product, it's still original though but rejected product, the refund process takes up to more than 2 months time. When you ask them what's the status of your refund, all they will say is it's still in the process. But, strategically its a good way to get rid of all those rejected product. Great job Adidas!!
Pathetic service Order shoes, due to size issue returned it. Tried calling customer care, mailed them but their mail box was full and no one was answering the call. My money got stuck don't even know will they return it or not. Thinkcarefully before ordering.
The most annoying thing with this app is the fact that every time I open a link with it it just opens the app. It never redirects to the actual product. Fix it please. It has become really annoying.
I really love addidas products but it's sad that I cant use the cuz of the language problem. I recently moved to Belgium and I speak lil bit Dutch but the app shows French and I don't speak French. I prefer English but the app doesn't have a language settings so I hope they add the language settings as soon as possible cuz we need it.
I placed an order for adidas original sneaker which was only one left in stock I ordered it and got a confirmation for the same but when I tracked my order it was cancelled aswell without any notification as it was supposed to be gift it was nightmare horrible experience wasn't expecting this from adidas . Don't know how I'm gonna get compensate for that but totally disappointed.
My overall experience was not very good. I had to return the product because of the size issue. I have returned it almost 2 weeks back but haven't received the refund yet, though the item has been returned to their warehouse. Also the customer support is not very good.
Actually I ordered an item with cod option when I return back the product due to some size issues.my order returned back but still I didn't get my money back. No response from service center. I want my money back. Otherwise I file case on Addidas. It's a small amount but service is too worst.
One of the pathetic customer service. I got small size shoes and raise request for refund but haven't received yet and when you try to contact them then their would not any response from them. They are doing fraud with the customers. I would highly recommend not to install or place an order from they app it's good to order from other alternatives.
They stole my refund. I got the product with size and color issues and returned it within a day but after 10 days they mailed me that the refund has been canceled as they have got a product with different reference number. What Can I do in this situation. It should not be blamed on me for someone else's mistake. I cannot pay for anyone else's mistake. I want my refund back as soon as possible.Not expected this from such a brand like Adidas having worst customer support with worst service.
When I tap the image to zoom in, the image is cropped on both sides so I have to swipe left and right to see the whole shoe. If I don't swipe it 'correctly' the image will move to the next one. When my phone is in landscape, the image does not go to landscape, forcing me to grapple with this temperamental zoom function.
