Fraud app. Same name listing twice. Before payment showing many interest after payment many accounts got deleted and some locked for phone number. I don't know y they having locked numbers in matrimony. Worst and waste of money.

Very very very worst application forever.. please don't download and pay to membership.. same profile only repeated in this app or past 3 months before used profile only visible and had.. very very very money cheated application.. most of the profile contact numbers are not valid.. I had reported that all profile but they are not rectify those problem to me still now.. very very very very poor and irresponsible and money minded application.. low rated app very worst.. people don't download

You charged me incorrectly. I wanted twin pack. But due to the error on your side, gold plan got activated. I even paid my balance amount as you told me. After that I got no response from you. I feel like being robbed because of your worst app full of bugs. There is no proper customer support. Once I registered I recevied huge promotional calls and customer care calls, but after charging me incorrectly there is no response from you. Don't play silly tactics. Solve my problem else refund my money

Filters are done properly. Satisfied.

No improvement in sending suitable profile at the right time.staff/executive may be given training to help the customers when they need service.It must reach top management to improve the quality of customer service.

Poor. Locked profiles are often notified. Denied messages sent one or two days without users knowledge. Few more inconveniences also.

The app is very slow and no customer support is given from the Matrimony side. They call 5 to 6 times a day asking us to make payment but when we call them for a Quiery, They dont even attend our calls. Worst customer service.

Why this app is sending notifications at 1.30 am everyday??? All other apps are also sending notifications but that's only on daytime... Why the heck this is sending on late night??

Good profiles for the matching required...but the plan price is too high and they need to have option of paying for month or per profile.

I registered properly,But unable to Login, the message was matrimony ID ,mail ID, & mobile no .mismatch.I tried several times,not successful.Waste of tlme.NO RESPONSE to my mail.

App has Lag and bugs.. not stable more than 5 mins.., price also high... Also More disturbing calls.

Shows profiles in mutual matching even they have rejected our profile shows the profile which doesn't match our star 🔯 Search criteria doesn't shows what we search

The new update is very slow and having bugs. The previous one is better

The new version is very bad and slow because every time asking login the Id before entering in app...

Even after several try I did not receive any OPT number to my mobile number yet. Without verify the mobile number I could not enter to the profile.
