New update 3/22 will not open on samsung phone. Snd i am at android 8.0

Doesn't work on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Worked on my Note 10+ with no problem. Same phone size. Deleted and reinstalled about 10 times. When I click it a small icon appears in the middle of the screen. Nothing else happens.

Won't open after informing me it needed an update! Totally useless now

The app mostly functions correctly. I'm trying to use fingerprint login as an accessibility tool. App still requires pw with fingerprint, eliminating the point of fingerprint login altogether. Also, the updated app popup had no option to close without exiting the program. Routine programming errors

My app worked great for almost a year , now it won't load , I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it still doesn't load . I use this everyday and this issue creates a big problem with my banking ! Please have whoever is in charge of the app find out what the issue is and fix it . Thanks .

The app is useless unless you want outdated and outdated information. It doesn't tell you when a transaction will clear or was posted. It won't always tell you if a preauthorization was made. It seems like it picks and chooses what information is relevant and withholds it. 100% unacceptable and untrustworthy

Have been using this App since setting up my account with Adirondack Bank a few years back and it was always reliable on my Samsung Android phone. Used it primarily to check balences and transactions. With the Latest September 2020 update to this App it now opens and hangs with a white screen and then crashes. I had to go to my local Adk Bank Branch to get printed version of my recent statements. Cleared cache and removed and reinstalled App - No Luck! DISAPPOINTED.

It definitely could use some updates and easier accessibility to certain things. It's still convenient and nice to see your balances and to make transfers so that's a plus!

Never an issue using the app for bills or depositing checks.

Ok, since my last review there has been a few new updates and now it no longer eats up my battery by running in the background as much. Good job tech team.

Since the newest update, i have not been able to use or even open the App! Have deleted and reinstalked several times with no help. Will not let you Log In, keep getting message that App is Experiencing Difficulties! PLEASE FIX THE BUGS IN THIS APP! I need it for my banking.

Huge pile of garbage app. Constantly down and giving error messages. 8 out of 10 times I can't even get in to the app. It's a perfectly fitting app for a garbage financial institution

almost perfect, does not show new ballance after each transaction is done. Also on transaction "pending" is the ballance showing before or after all the pending actions ?????

I just transferred money from one account to another with ease! I love the new red highlighted deposit amounts now. So easy to spot when you scan your accounts! Thx!

Has been fine for years now I can't sign in If this isn't fixed I will be switching banks huge inconvenience and I have no way of checking my balance... p.s deleated and re installed 6 times no luck

The app works well for me, at least for what I usa it for. With Covid it is necessary. Question about English, could not indicate yes. Only no and not sure there.

This is excellent. I like being able to see all my accounts on one page and transferring is so easy.

have had this app for almost 2 years since i got my phone. not much of a problem until recently. now i can't get it to open. disappointing

Love it so easy to use! Set threshold and account activity notifications and move money between accounts. Perfect!

I haven't been Able log into my account since Feb. My information isnt working. I'm still getting notifications and that's it.

I love this app on my old phone now that I have a new phone I can't even get into the app it just says it stopped working I don't even get into the first screen so mad

Making my mortgage payment online is so much easier than writing a check and remembering to mail it. I love this app. It's so simple to use.
