I am facing this issue since long. When i login and select car, it says network error please try again later, visited careem office done every thing issue is still there. What should i do?
There is no ride on careem now a days , careem should finish bonus system and they hv to pay full payment to captain with out any bonus condition to bring back the captain.. otherwise no one can work to complete the target...
Careem should improve their app, if you get any notification for incoming ride and by mistake you touch anywhere on your screen it gets accepted
Not in Captain's favour... Farigh tareen app. Today I had to transfer my 2000 bonus account which did not happen. And a bonus of 1200 and another bonus of 950 which I have completed are still in processing. I want to take Rs. 4150 from you but it seems you don't want to pay. It is better not to work with you like this. Damn Karim that I am still being asked what my problem is.
I've a suggestion for you guys, when some GO driver is facing some issues in his air conditioner and he is unable to take GO rides there should be an option to restrict rides for mini only like we can put it on or off mini rides we should have option to turn off the default category and we can switch it to only mini rides. Hope so it will help us to be more efficient captains for careem.
Finally registered for the bike captain successfully. Following are suggestions as per my work experience here as a captain: 1. The captain is not shown the destination at the first place, have to accept or reject by knowing only pick up distance doesn't make sense. 2. Pick up distance is sometimes very far, should be limitted to two KMs 3. The fares are too low as compared to the distance, should be increased to 1.5X as per the fuel prices. 4. Commission should be as low as possible. Thanks
Carrem is only good for customers, while captains are always in loss. They force us to pick ride even from 10km away and we cannot even cancel. Helpline support team is also useless for us. Like they deny to cancel the ride amd force us to complete it evwn if we have to travel above 10km and rider only wants to travel from Block A to Block B of same socity.
One sided solutions , even not bother to here your point of view, repsonds in few already written templates, too far pickup points and no compensation in case of cancelation Some time never charge for moving and starting. Iss Sy ziada tu rickshaw charge kerlaita Hy
It was a good way to make some money before when the fuel was almost 1 SAR, but not any more because the fuel price almost doubled but the Captain still get the same amount. Careem only thinks how to make the customer satisfied, but don't care about the captain. In addition captains in the eastern province in Saudi Arabia make the least money per trip comparing to other areas of Saudi Arabia. In the list of top worst apps, some function not working, don't know why they give this option. Also uploaded my documents 6 months ago still pending in app.
There should be trip history where we can see the ratings and all the trip details there are more bugs in the app should be improved when we accept the ride there should be options to call the help line in the app or help support should be there for any casual situation

Hi im captain.. i want to complain about there are some riders they're booking can't cancel by the captain, the problem is some riders when arrive in they're place they don't come even you call them they're not answering.. you keep waiting them for like 15 min to like.. even you ask for help on careem no body responding, please fix these issue after waiting for 8min uou to give as an option to cancel.. and make the price fix as it was first so riders they do want to pay the coins.. do something

After updating the application, the worker has been extremely stopped and the captain is having a lot of trouble. There is no ride and nothing is updated quickly.
