need better description about what the app does!! I downloaded it to find it is useless to me and need pre-subscription. and back button also doesn't exit the app 😅 what an app!
App hardly works as is. It refuses to start up no matter how many times I restart my phone, the app, or clear it's cache.
2018 Won't play videos. Originally, it did but it was difficult to use and videos didn't fit screen. Uninstalled then reinstalled and still no videos. Not even an option to just read and take tests. Sorry but this app is worthless. Disappointed no response from the designers of this app. If I download to play video offline, I can get the video to play but that was after another uninstall/reinstall.
The app does not rotate to landscape view on my tablet, which makes it useless to me. That means I am left with dismissing the annoying "do you want to launch the app" message every time I log in on the website. Come on, Adobe! You have some amazing products. I am sure you are aware that landscape is the preferred view for tablet users. Why wouldn't you have that functionality?
The courses and web based training but this needs an upgrade.Every time I try to tap on the drop down button forma quiz, the app catches and is extremely slow. The resources are excellent but the platform needs a lot of improvement.
505 eRrOr and crashes. App is trash. Modules are not being rendered properly or storing the fact I finished it and watched the same video 4 times before it let me move on. Y'all make your contractors look awful to the point why would I work for [[any company that paid for this app]] when the training videos on THIS TRASH won't work. Fix it or Ditch it.
This app keeps quitting in the middle of all functions. Something that should take two minutes, takes an HOUR. I've never seen an app so poorly functional. The coders that designed it should try a different job. Maybe they could clean cat litter boxes or scream at squirrels.
Utter garbage, won't play any video or open any links for my job training, barely works on the website though both versions are horrendously formatted. Very difficult to use, not worth the frustration
This app is garbage, it crashes constantly, the next button works 2 out of every 10 times and doesnt allow you to complete the courses. If youre with a company thinking about using captivate as your training source just throw your cash in the garbage, its quicker and gives you the same product.
Need landscape view, otherwise, pretty cool.
App loaded once for me and now nothing. Why have us use a worthless app for job training? It should have been beta tested before releasing.
crashes all the time, cant listem to classes with the screen off, constantly has problems. adobe can and should do better!
This is horrible. I can't get any class to work. They all fail to load. I have a Pixel 3XL. I doubt it's my phone. It's just bad app design
Works fine when does but content suddenly disappears. I have to uninstall it and re install again to the content. You need to fix this bug..
So dissapointing. I have finished watching the recommended videos but it still not on my badges. Icannot find the record of recommended and finished trainings anymore on the app.
Really!! Is this a product of Adobe? I am not sure exactly financial of this. If I were product manager of this, I would put more efforts to implement basic features like video quality, offline availablity bug free. Please improve it.
I dont believe that this app resides under adobe development. Even a basic android developer can build better than this, such a worst application and loading time takes me to 10 years before when i used 2g to connect internet. please have a look guys, dont waste the name that adobe has.

Nothing will load... Some videos work until you have to click on another then it starts you all over. This app needs some serious fixing.

Got hired by Dominos and the app failed to play the video on my phone but said it was playing the video. Had to complete training on computer.

Great idea. Hard to get through pages..because itnis mobile, but doesn't expand So you can read the script. ..ok now nothing will even load:(.
Awful. Printing is blurred. I am unable to read certain pages. I tried it on 3 devices.
Unresponsive, slow, buggy and keeps crashing. Streaming a lesson is a painful experience. I do hope they improve coz it's a total opposite with the desktop web browser.
