Adore Me – Designer Lingerie

I used to love the monthly subscription, but I'm always charged for items I literally sent back and they always say the items were (missing) when I tapped the box shut to make sure that would not happen. I also cancelled my subscription because of this, and then still was sent a box despite cancelling before it was curated, but didn't even receive it so I now have to contact them when I'm eventually charged for the whole thing to get a refund. I feel like I've just been robbed.

I've been subscribed for over a year and I absolutely love it! you can get something new or skip anytime you want. products are well worth the money! I get excited every month to see my showroom. I've ordered bras underwear, period underwear, pj sets and tights, everything is good quality, always happy with my purchases 🤗

Very user friendly app! Plus, I love that, unlike a lot of other subscription services, you can easily choose to skip a month and they won't charge you. A lot of other subscriptions will charge you anyway and give you credit for a future month. They don't do that at Adore Me!

No muss no fuss. Not only are these sets comfortable they are fashionable. You have so many options to choose from as well as when you sign up you set your size. That way you don't have to worry about if you choose the wrong size, because it's ALREADY LOCKED IN! Yay you. @according2teau 👽🦄

Wonderful and beautiful products... Unfortunately, the shipping process is bad and slow. After being a client over 7 years and canceling the subscription, I gave up with the poorly customer services, you call, and always the problem is with a third party, it is frustrating.

The app is great and very easy to navigate! The reason I gave it four stars is because when you actually click on an item you want to view, it doesn't show you the color choices. I don't know if this is just an issue with Android phones, but it is a bit inconvenient. Overall great app though!

I did not receive tights in last order..would have purchased..yet didn't receive in last box so all I can select is canceled. would have loved to have. Received box would be late email about delay. Box just showed up due back in 2 day's as well as missing items showing sent. I have never had this happen before and I love ❤ my stylist. Please, please don't make cancel

I think you need to add more colors to your products and then get someone to do a real eye catching website not only fun, get crazy with it. I love the website otherwise. It's easy to use and I can't wait until I see what comes in next month ☺️

Worthless! Very unhappy with this company!!! Been trying to order a suit for the last year, finally get in stock and place order only to be told it's out of stock after they took money out of my account. Was told to place order again...Not if you're going to continue taking my money and not providing product! Not everyone has an extra $50 laying around to keep placing orders!!!

Being a curvy girl it's hard for me to find bras that are comfortable and cute at a reliable price. Adore Me has the cutest and fun sets that come in all sizes and with there discounts and deals every month I am in love with Adore Me! My garment drawer has increased since I've started using their app 1 year ago and I have recommended them to all my friends too!!!!!

Nice product but make sure to video record opening your order and sending back any returns. The app was very hard to find where to contact anyone about shipping mistakes. They said they sent an item and it was not received. Then when sending items back they charged extra because an item was 'dirty'. I didn't even try it on, pulled it out of the bag, looked at it and put it back in the bag to return! I feel like it was a gimmick to take more of my money. Cancelled my subscription.

Affordable, decent (not excellent) quality undies and lingerie. Most of what I have purchased has been good value for the money--cute/pretty, lasted well, mostly good fit and true-to-size. Returns and exchanges I have made have been easy. Wish they had more variety of styles and that the shopping experience on the app wasn't so cumbersome. Example--One style will be listed several different times just to show different color options.

I love Adore Me, the app is easy to use and everything is so beautiful. But on the other end, I wouldn't be shopping here if this was the only place that carried bras that for me well. Everything is crazy overpriced. Also on my last order, it was processing for a month and I still haven't received my items yet. Update: I received part of my order once I called and the other part of my order was out of stock in my size. I had to press for a refund for the items I wasn't going to be receiving.

I LOVE this subscription box! Super cute selections at very affordable prices and easy to return. The Elite Box gives you the opportunity to explore styles that fit your body best. I always keep at least 1 set. Try it! You won't regret it! :) Suggestion: allow to choose different style pantie for add extra pantie option.

The Premium Membership is totally worth it, I always either forget or never have time to go out shopping for new clothes, but when I am behind, I can easily go to my account and purchase whatever catches my eye with my credits. Perfect for someone like me. Quality has been great. Love that they give sizing charts on all their apparels! I used to look forward to receiving a pretty box and unwrapping the tissue paper to see my new items. Now everything comes wrapped in cheap plastic packaging like it's from an Amazon warehouse. I'm sad the brand seems to have changed and feels less special now. This was part of what made the brand stand out from competitors. Canceled my subscription.

This app is almost always under maintenance when I want to use it and when I try to go to their website on my phone I get ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Makes it kinda hard to shop. The subscription itself is great.

I quickly became a VIP member! I love this shop and wish I took the chance on it sooner! Loved every single purchase I've made and I LOVE that they actually have my size bra! No need to get plain bras that don't fit ever again! I can't recommend it enough and def take advantage of the great deals they have! 💜

I have had so many problems getting the inventory I purchased. My sizes are almost always gone. The product itself is okay, not the highest quality but good for short term.

The app is nice, but would be better if it put all the same styles together then allowed to find color in the style. instead of them all being separated.
