Unstable. Has worked at times, then for long periods of times it just won't connect, doing the same as I did before and everything else recommended, such as restarting app, changing batteries, reinstqlling app... Given they have all these issues, haven't updated the app since 2018, and give no user support, I'd assume they have given up. I've been trying to get it working semi-successfully off and on for over a year and I'm done
The app is asking for rights to view photos? Why it needs this right? I didn't grant the right and the application is not starting
Have to try a few times to connect to scales - very slow. Poor read-outs of measurements make it difficult to look at progress. Overall, not a very well made bit of software with no updates. Disappointment.
I don't know why so many people are struggling. You have to turn the scale on and then open it the app. If the apps already open it won't connect. Just restart the app and make sure the scale is on if you're having issues.
App doesn't work. Screen continually flickers on and off. Tried everything to install and uninstall the app. Contacted support and no reply. Now I'm left with an overpriced digital scale which I can't use for its features.
App doesn't sync with the device so I cannot use all the features that I bought it for. I tried to install and uninstall, restart my mobile, etc and there is no way that the app finds the device
Does not detect scale not matter how many times you try. Scale is working as you see it of bluetooth devices list when yku scan for bluetooth
the app kind of works, but the scales it sonetimes pairs with give random and wildly inaccurate results. uninstalled with haste.
such a bad app... graphics are horrible, escale connects so badly, and the look of the app is so bad. its so unintuitive...
So the app is sketchy that's for real, but well, it seams to work decently... Check out the batteries bc if they're not well charged the thing will work weird.
a really bad app, it also they require exesive permissions to work, as camera or GPS, it is app to connect with a balance why they need those permissions ?
Bluetooth connection doesn't work reliable. It's ridiculous.

Unable to connect to phone bluetooth. Just a n expensive mediocre scale..
It doesn't pair easily. It takes time to record new data on app.
Pretty useless, can't link to scale so scale will be returned to Amazon who shouldn't really be selling stuff which is this bad.

The app is very useful but if I change my phone, is there a way to import the old data across?
The app requires too many conditions. Why a scale need the GPS ?

Doesn't connect to my Bluetooth.
The body scale works just fine. The graph needs improvement: whenever you open it, it will be zoomed onto the last point and you have to deal with the poor controls to see the whole trend. it should let you select the span for the trend to show the latest data (week, bi-week, monthly, yearly, lifetime). Also, the delete trend point doesn't work, it deletes something, but not the point you want to delete. Please invest a little bit more on the app and fix these issues.
