ADT Taxis - Driven by Riide

Useless app. Very disappointing customer service and not reliable at all. Booked taxi more than 12 hours in advance to be on time for work. Was told 15 minutes before my ride they don't have any taxis and don't have any bookings for me! I still recived confirmation of my ride from last day though. Very disappointing but unfortunately it wasn't first time I was let down by ADT Taxis at very important times. I was put to talk to supervisor twice, but he didn't want to talk to me and just hung up.

Increasingly more unreliable with waiting times of 30-60mins becoming more frequent and ADT cancelling prebooked journeys. I was sitting in my ADT taxi and they cancelled the journey while I'm sitting in it so the driver had to leave me to do other jobs and replacement driver was another 15mins late. Absolute disgrace. They also charge full price for being late with no compensation or discount.

Tried to pre-book a taxi, it told me it was all set up. But at the time of my booking no cars were around and nothing was happening on the app. Closed and re-opened it a couple of times and no changes. So I cancelled the trip and booked a local taxi by phone. 5 minutes later I received confirmation of my my booking by text. It's a very confusing service.. Don't think I'll be using it again.

The old app was fine. This one takes time to open, did not take card payment as requested causing time wasting. Go back to the old one.

I have forgotten my password and have tried to use forgotten password link, but am unable to connect.

Nice update.. Old version didn't allow future bookings for me, kept saying it was in the past... However, having registered my card details because I intend to use the app in the next few weeks, my card has been debited for a small amount. Whilst I understand that valid card checks are necessary, it is unprofessional to ignore requests to reverse that charge immediately as it is afterall a 'Valid Card Check'. I'll still use ADT as they offer a reliable and competive service.

Taxi is often 5-10 mins late. Also can't use the app as it's saying an update is required...but nothing happens when I press update. Tried uninstalling and still no joy

Probably the worst app I (try and) use. The most recent update actually made it impossible to use. Try and prebook a taxi from the airport! (1) there is nowhere on the screen for you to say what the flight number is (2) the app will not let you proceed with the prebooking without the flight number. So the app will not let you make airport bookings and I will have to use another company.

Frustrated with this app. Two reasons: 1) I was supposed to get a £5 intro credit on the first ride but this has not materialised despite me sending messages; 2) when I tried to book a ride from the airport, the app kept asking me for a flight number but gave no dialogue box to enter it so I could not complete the booking. I'll uninstall unless the company responds to these points.

Just received a notification 15 minutes prior to arriving at railway station for taxi pick up that the company had cancelled booking. No other reason stated. Leaving us to have to find alternative for a 40 minute journey. Shall not be using app again as this is unacceptable notice. The app is only as good as the companies behind it and this is not.

Service can sometimes be great. Friendly, professional, good value for money. However, service can also be bad. One driver refused to wait even though I requested a wait and return journey and never left the car. He then abandoned me in the middle of nowhere on a dark street at night. I am a disabled woman and walk with crutches so this caused me great distress. I was then charged for the return journey even though I only went one way and waited for 5 minutes. The app overcharges a lot too.

Booked a taxi 2 days in advanced. 20 mins before the scheduled time I get a notification that the driver is on his way and will be with me in 5 mins. Cool. On the tracker the driver's location didn't change. 10 mins later it was still the same. 1 minute before the scheduled time the driver cancels. Stick to Uber folks.

App doesn't work. Tried using this app for regular school bookings, but it keeps telling me the booking is in the past and won't let me change it. On the very rare occasions when it does let me book a taxi, it won't let me pay for it, so end up ringing the office anyway, so why use the app at all. In my opinion.... Rubbish!

Booked a taxi 7 hours in advance, confirmed so thought I was in good hands. Taxi never showed I was waiting for 10 minutes out in the cold. I phoned their office only to be told it wasn't coming because local office had closed. By this time I was starting to get mad and the guy on the phone said call another company. Laughable service would not recommend!

I entered my phone number and waited to get the 4 digit code, nothing happened so I waited to resend the new code, still nothing arrived in my messages, so I waited some more. Finally a code arrived and then the app says that I made too many attempts to get a code and I have to wait an hour to try again. If this is any indication of the quality of service, I'll try another taxi app

Always there when I need, this is the best taxi in leicester, the prices are cheaper then others taxis, you can easily order taxi by using their app and pay by card or cash! Also very often they have grate offers like 20% off or £5 off when you using their app. Is really useful. Thank you ADT team!

It won't even send the code to my phone number to be able to set up an account!

Driver was professional and was on time, however I was given codes for discounts which are loaded onto the app and never came off the price. The driver said they were automatically done by the office and this never happened either. Contacted the office twice by email and no response .

Needs fixing. I used this much in the past but now the app instantly closes whenever I try to open it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Updated app now doesn't recognise email address or password

***PROMO CODE IS A SCAM YOU NEVER GET THE DISCOUNT*** Used the promo code to get £5 off phoned the help desk a few times got told they will refund once the taxi cost has been paid at end of journey. never got the discount been 3 weeks. Definitely a scam. Will not use these again

Absolutely awful app. Trying to register my number and the text message comes 10 mins after requesting the code. Apparently a £5 discount if booking through the app for the first time but whats the point?!

They are running false adverts on Facebook asking you to download their app in order to enter the competition. This competitions have no winners, but they take all your personal details off you. Avoid.

They don't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving them, taxi driver was late and I could see that he was circling my area, he then had to call me to see where he his going, isn't he already supposed to know this? I've used this company for many years but there is no way I will pay £12.50 for a taxi in to town, after finding out I can get it for much cheaper at other taxi companies.

Could not add card payment so gave up and called. Used app before with cash option, no issues, good journey. App good for quotes!

Really easy to use the app. Drivers are quick and courteous. Really smooth journey.

Great Company... Would have given 5 if tracking would have been good. Needs improvement on tracking. But service and drivers impeccable.

Never no issues with this company before until tonight when they went and charged me double. I tried telling them I had already payed through the app but they basically called me a liar and made me pay again, showed the driver the proof that I had payed as well. Dont like being called a liar so wont be using again. Absolutely ridiculous

Broken. "Something went wrong, please try again" constantly when typing in any address. Useless.

Can't use it at all.......AGAIN!!
