My adtvr16000 is locked when I factory reset then showing permissions denied.Can any body tell me how it factory reset.

Emailed developer over problems with android 5.1 and above. Didn't even warrant a reply. Will remove and go to a third party option. Will nevrr buy an American Dynamic product again!!

As of 2 days ago this app stopped working. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Works on a co-workers iPhone but not Android 6.0 anymore? Why?
Bought a Samsung pro 10.1 and this program is useless on it. I use my tablets for work and Tyco needs to update this app to work on my pro. However when we had our camera system put in by them it was a 4 month process of calling and calling till they finally responded and came back out and I still can't view remotely except with my phone.
The app worked well then I updated to the newest version of andriod and every time I open it it just crashes after trying to connect to the camara so I can no longer use the app and it really is a big disappointment. I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it but nothing. I have verified that all the information is correct and it works fine on other devices. I am currently using a galaxy s5 with Android 5.0
The app has never displayed correctly on my Samsung 8.4 tab pro but I could live with that as it worked on my S4. With the arrival of Lollipop unfortunately that's no longer the case. Despite the app being free people have paid for the DVR so this represents a truly woeful after sales service.
Contacted two months ago and STILL NO RESOLUTION to the problem. Just upgraded from an s3 to an s4 and now it will show a pic for a split second then go gray. Update: Fixed issue, worked great on the S4 after!
As soon as click live view app closes
This was a great app up until the lollipop update for Note 4. Please, please fix this for all of us who need this access to our home secuirty cameras. Would give maximum when it worked, but as it is now useless, cant give more than one.
After the lollipop update, as soon as I log in the app logs me back out. Please fix this issue ASAP.
Since update app crashes at start up. Worked well with previous version. Tried emailing Developer support and bounced back saying does not exist.

As soon as video begins to load, the app force closes. Sent numerous reports and an email, but no reply so far after a few months. Would be great if this app could be updated for 5.0+

This app has been lacking support for quite some time. The UI has issues that need to be addressed to resolve persistent bugs, but there have been no responses to support requests and app has not been updated for six years at time of writing. Unfortunately, I've not yet found an alternative to view my ADT cameras without paying a monthly service fee. ADT customer service is terrible, I'll never buy another of their products again.
