Since the update my app won't open and i get a message on the app end saying "we are having a problem on our end" and to contact support if the problem persists. This app was important to me as it is part of my employer's health plan incentive for participating (It allows me to get extra FSA dollars). Now it is useless.
It never opens. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times for it to never work. Hard for me to get my wellness points when the stupid app never opens. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Everyone is complaining about being able to log in. It appears I have no issues with that but I've been getting reminders daily for a workout video "habit" that I signed up for but can't find a way to access the video. If the rest of the app works this well I'm going to uninstall it and just take the lose on my company's wellness program points. Their answer for not being able to do the video was to turn off the notification for that habit because I don't get points from that anyway. Amazing....
Absolutely awful!! This app deserves zero stars. Set up is ridiculous and full of bugs/errors. I cannot login with my work email (as I can with desktop computer). It keeps telling my password is incorrect when it's not. I even changed my password and it still doesn't work. "Support" is useless. This has been a complete waste of time and the headache isn't worth the points!
Fine until the update. Now unusable since I am unable to get past the agreement page. I see I'm not the only one. Aduro had never been user friendly, and now it's worse
This app seems to have a lot of "trouble on our end". When we're on a timeline for getting these things done we can't afford their trouble.
Garbage. New user. Trouble with registration on browser. Downloaded this and can't log in. I have no idea how they sold this to my benefits department.
Very discouraging and hard to get started. Sent me 7 notifications and none of them had the information I needed.
I can't even get past the acknowledgement page! How can you begin using the app, if you can't begin to use the app!! Worst problematic app in existence!
App keeps locking me out of my account. The desktop version does aa well. I can't accumulate points this way.
That app has a hard time opening up and keeps freezing on me. I have to use it for my company's health insurance.
Since new year it will not open.had been using for 2 yes.no problem.now says be back soon.this has bee n over 1 month.have uninstalled and reinstalled same thing.need to get it fixed
WORST APP EVER!!. It doesn't even let you pass the consent terms. Very frustrating since I need it for my job insurance.
This app won't let me do anything. Just keeps saying there is a problem on my end. Tried forcing stop, tried uninstalling and reinstall in the app. I have made sure it's up to date. And it just keeps giving me the loading sign. I was using this to help get points for my hra. And no info on how to get customers assistance. Not sure if any is in the app as it won't work.
I can't open the app since the update, keep getting a message that someone it's working on the issues
Probably one of the worst apps I have used in a long time (nevermind the BeWell HSA program sucks). You get pts towards earning $ by registering mobile, but cant. You have a "temp code" to reset passwd that doesn't work. The features within app to GET additnl points are so hit and miss. Cannot track anything easily via dashboard to quick view. Just stinky product for stinking insurance HSA program. No surprise there. Big thumbs down!
First downloaded it it seemed to work for just a bit. Now, I can't use it and can't log in as it give me an error. Uninstalled, reinstalled. No change. Attempted to reach out for assistance and only get canned responses and no help. This is really not worth the time it has taken me trying to get it to work.
I`m not able to login but if you are with My Wellness you can get points on the wed site it`s self. Every day you need to did a task, you can put the app to walk on your phone and record it on one of the apps, if you don`t see them go down on the bottom of the app. I have 169 points.
Hardly ever starts up, and when it finally does start up, trying to switch to any page takes forever or completely locks up. Restarted the app many times and it's still super slow.
Not user friendly. I clicked on links to answer my question, but couldn't find an answer. I emailed customer service & they told me to click on the links on the app. Even told me that it shouldn't be hard to find answers on the app. Really? I have to do this app for work or I get charged a higher premium. This app is no help & not at all easy to figure out. Spent an hour trying to earn points & only got aggravated, irritated, & agitated. Took forever to calm down. The app stresses me out.
It's telling me it doesn't recognize my login even though I'm looking at it in my desktop. I just verified I'm using the correct email. Not the way to start off with an app. I hate adding apps to my phone I'll never use anyway just to get the points.
To hard and confusing to use
If I could rate this a zero I would. Absolute worst app I've ever tried to use. Took me many hours to fix the bugs emailing and calling customer services just to finally log in. Finally get in and follow all directions to be well with baby and it is non existent after way too many attempts. More emails to C.S. and was told to log out and re register my account only to NOT be able to get in again! This is required by my insurance and is such a joke. Definitely a huge headache at 25 weeks pregnant
Need to finish my programs to get my points and it's time sensitive and now this stupid sign consent page keeps coming up and you can't get past it no matter how many times you agree to the consent fix this asap!
I can't do anything with this app. What's the point of it if I can't utilize it at any given time. There's always a "problem on our end"
downloaded app. tried to create an account. submitted and got an error message. retried and it just keeps loading and don't do anything else. waste of time.
Ap is not working. And I need it to work so I can keep my winn-dixie insurance down. Can't get past agreement. Iw was working a few days ago

An overall good app. The only issue is that there are certain habit challenges that come up with a screen that says it is having trouble on their end.
App was working fine until the update on the 20th of Jan. When I tap to open it opens a page that says Annually you have to review and except the terms of service. I except and continue and it goes right back to that page and won't do anything else, I did it 4 times and app still won't open. PLEASE FIX!!
