I just want to say that this app is fantastic,I record alot of video and currently I have a Sony experia z5 premium. With this app I can now record continues with a full charge of the battery for 2hrs 15mins @720p resolution without any overheating issues. I am yet to test other resolutions but I am confident that I can. For me personally beats Sony own camera app hands down. Thank you guys keep up the good work. Update iv just tried 4k quality and I was able to record 1hrs worth of video.
If you don't mind waiting for 2-5 seconds before the picture is actually taken then this app. is great. But, if you have kids or animals, then your gonna have to get the shot while they're sleeping. If I could do 1/2 a star, it would be more appropriate.
it takes excellent photos but takes way too long between shots. The stock camera app refreshes in less than a second, this one takes 5 seconds or more before you can take another photo.
Open Camera rip-off with worse GUI. Just download Open Camera already. This app is a failed copycat product.
When shooting. Takes 2 or 3 seconds to take the pic. Wont allow 4k vid on lg g4. Avoid
dude, the app is a copy of open camera except worse, and not only is it worse, but there is airpush also sharing info about you. lol why try anymore man

The app is very good...but the button "pause after taking pictures" is not working properly on this new version.

Basically took open camera that's open source and you put your name on it without any improvement whatsoever.

This is literally a fork of open camera. Just download that for a better supported app.
TBH I was not expecting this to work, comparing to "nightvision" apps and such. Depends on the model and camera, but on my galaxy J5 i could do alot better resolution and less blur than the default camera app. If there is a slow mo option, like on the Galaxy S5, it would complete it, as you can record up to 120 fps (in theory tho, all my screens are 60 Hz)
