I want to like it more but it did not work. Could be system restrictions or the specific app I'm trying to modify. I need a way to prevent Facebook Messenger from controlling vibrate and audio settings. I was hoping this app would do that but after almost 30 minutes of effort, it failed. I think it's a great concept. Hopefully I can try it again in the future and be successful.
Doesn't work on my Samsung Note 8, Android v7.1.1. I don't plan to purchase the pro version bcuz the last update was almost a year ago. Also the mix reviews, some say it works, some say no. The 3.7 rating ranks fair. I gave it a 2, bcuz it's a good app to review app permission information. Free version is very limited, which makes it more of a read tool than an edit tool. At least in my case.
Great app for having control over what apps can do, without the need of root. Does not work for system apps, for those root acces is needed. Keep in mind to turn off Google Play autoupdate, because when updating, permissions will be also updated to the original ones. If you want to update, you need to redo the process.
I was able to reinstall the apps without giving unwanted information. Developers did wonderful job! Couldn't be more happier :) I began to give up android and get iphone instead. I was really that concerned. Now my problem's solved!
Needs to reinstall apps to alter permissions. The reinstall button doesn't work after they're changed.
Ahead of its time. Fine-grained control of app permissions. It just needs access to file storage for itself. Editing APKs is a little weird, but it's presently the only way to change some permissions. Nice job!

Its only ok for some apps. I cant deny permission s google apps. Only works on other non Google apps.still it's useful thanks.
6 stars would be fine, one of the very few apps that allow me on unrooted phone to disable that silly "run at startup" and "prevent phone from sleeping" permissions
It Uninstaller my G board and a few other things. It also only gave me a few minutes on other app before it dumped me to my home screen. I should have got my money back when I had a chance. Can't believe I bought it.
My phone runs faster, and battery last long after I disabled a ton of apps from starting up during boot
Not working got paid version have to uninstall please don't change me!all things listed as dangerous to reinstall I have to allow after market applications.
After you revoke permissions and go back in to get the app they're all set back on again garbage
Works well. Sometimes it doesn't recreate the APK properly but after retrying it works good.
Great app, just got rid of all those damn apps with auto startup, no app should have auto start
good app...the design should be good too. I hope it can let us modify the permissions of bloatware apps that come with the phone. because it is possible in Anroid 6.0
Loved and used this app for yrs but can't remove permissions from bloatware apps, which are the apps that come pre-installed.
I was unable to control Rediffmail Application to stop vibrations for its Notification.
Ran great on Android Oreo. Now that I'm on Pie, I get a pop-up message saying it's meant for an older Android version. Is this safe to use on Pie?
Doesn't work with Xperia z5 compact running Android 5.1.1 it will uninstall the apps but it doesn't install the apps back the install key doesn't work
changed permission s. no apply or OK button just close? changed nothing on my android tv box. wish it worked. wow way to many permissions on android. my box is rooted
Thank You. You saved my Grandson's favorite game, Sensory Baby Toddler Learning. Took some time, but since I can't revoke vibration permissions anymore, editing the apk is my only recourse.

Some newer apps aren't showing any list of permissions anymore. Update needed pretty please.
One my favorite apps. This app has made such great use it of apks and installed applications. Be sure you understand what your doing and backup your app before applying any changes. Note: This will not work on all applications and apks. Some need special permissions that if removed could damage the newly created app.
