thank u! the only app can detect that my phone is rooted! how is it not, when all banking app also says so when i install them, none of them can be opened in my phone and give "device is rooted"

I spent a lot of money, to find out that your misleading. You can tell if rooted, and that's it! You let it go on like more money more app,and you can get rooted. can you please tell me how to get phone rooted. Is there a APK, that can do it.
This tool works as intended as far as I can tell, although I wish it would tell me the meaning some items like "Dangerous Props," is that a good or bad thing? If so, how do I fix it?
It shows false results..Iam using redmi4x.it shows my device was rooted but my device was not rooted before and I also checked another root checker app that shows correctly
Worked and said not rooted (all boxes crossed to indicate root free phone). Could do with more info
