I hate this update. It takes too long to load and doesn't show any pending transactions so don't know what has cleared or pending. Plus my recent transactions is not showing at all.
Normally a good app but for the last week I haven't been able to log in . Click forgot password and it says it sent link to my email but I never get an email. Have done this daily and still no solution
Since the last update, I haven't been able to log into the app. Can this be fixed? I like having my banking information readily available especially since there is no CU where I live.
I like this app a lot, but only recently has it been acting up. I can't log into my account because it keeps saying I have bad connection, even after disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi, restarting my phone and even installing and uninstalling the app. It's just a little frustrating.
Absolute worst app possible, the security question is extremely broken and will lock you out of your account, and just unnecessary difficulty to navigate
This app used to be the best banking app ever used. Now, it wont connect and just says System Error every attempt to log in
It doesnt log in. Takes forever staring at that loading circle and then would say "system error... pls try again"
Come on, the app hasn't worked for weeks ever since this last stupid update. Just go back to the other previous older looking version. I never had problems for years with the old version, now I can't use this at all.
The app is great for checking on balances, moving money between accounts and for mobile check deposits. I hope they add the Zelle money transfer soon now that they have it available in the full web portal.
Latest update is horrible. Can no longer see due dates, some accounts have payment history while other accounts do not.
Please roll back the app to a version that actually worked until you can get one fixed
For the last week when trying to open the app I get an error saying try turning on wifi or mobile data. There's no issues with either just this Advancial app!
The worst app to log into and the interface is horrible 😫. Also doesn't send emails once you submit payment. It's the 21st century how is this not an Automatic feature.

This app is a POS since Android v11 update. You cannot deposit checks. The app was the only reason I was still using this CU because a branch isn't near me.
CANNOT LOG IN AFTER NEW DOWNLOAD. ITS. APRIL 6 TH AND STILL ITS NOT LETTING ME ON THE APP

Changing my rating due to app not working. Closes before getting to the log in.This had being going on for about 1 month now. Please correct this. When this is fixed I will change my rating back.
If I could pay my Advancial Auto loan it would be nice. No, there's no link under "Payments" Tab other than Bill Payer. Already went through this with customer service.
Banking Online was supposed to be easy and it was but over the last month there is an error I keep getting. No work around or helpful information given either...

why why why does these apps UP DATE EVERY DAY? WHY? MAKES ME SICK! ALL IT DOES IS TAKE UP SPACE ON MY PHONE! NOT JUST THIS ALL OF THE APPS! I'M RUNNING OUT OF SPACE DUE TO UP DATES, AND UP DATES AND UPDATES! EVER DAY! ALL APPS WORK JUST FINE! BUT OHHHH UP DATE TIME!!!!!!

Since the Android update to v11, the app no longer works! Please fix
The app will no longer work. Opens and then force closes.
It's great that the mobile app was updated with a new look and some new features but the only reason that I don't like it now is that it takes way too long (30-60 seconds) to load the window when clicking on your accounts to view transactions. Prior to the update it loaded immediately. Once the loading is corrected the app will be much better.
