Won't open 95% of the time. So frustrating. And happening again. Crashes 4 or 5 times. Then finally opens. Really Really slow

Everytime I try to use the app I have to close and open it several times before it loads. Then even more times just to deposit a check. Even after the updates I still have this issue.

Very pleased using the Mobile App. I have never had a problem. It is easy to navigate and very convenient.

Cannot get the update to complete.Everytime there is an update it won't update. Something needs to change.

Overall one of the smoothest, easiest apps I've ever used. UNTIL IT WASN'T. Your newest update is a major FAILURE

Pros: Love the overview so I don't have to sign in to view my info in a rush. Love the speed at which transfers occur. Cons: App crashes frequently, prevents log-in. Would be nice if they had a "Maintenance Notice" if that is the reason why. App works smoothly 75% the time. App still struggles to update.

A disservice when your system is down and trying to make a internal transfer to cover the debit and you charge a 3.00 fee by the your app is available.

Saves me a lot of time, I can check my balance, make internal transfers, deposit checks, all the main stuff without going through a browser. I really like the fingerprint login too, feels safer than traditional password login.

Provides a clean and reliable way to view my financial info on-the-go. It allows me to complete financial transactions from wherever I am, which is good, since there are no branches where I am either. I like that I can deposit checks, but I would really like to see Zelle implemented, instead of Popmoney. It’s free to transfer money using Zelle.

This app is very smooth and user friendly. All needed features are easy to find. The only reason I am not giving this app 5 stars is because you cannot lock/disable your card remotely from your phone or on the website. Otherwise this is an amazing app!

I uninstalled this app a while back and started using my other bank. Upon trying to reinstall it and use it again today, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a rep resetting my password only to have the app close on me twice and not accept the new password. Please troubleshoot this app because it is full of bugs! I remember now why I started using my other bank and the other app.

This app makes it possible for me to keep the account I have had for 30+ years, through multiple moves, and other changes. This was my first time using an app to deposit a check. Since Covid has the CU Service Center closed in my area.

I am used to a transaction history updating the balance for every credit and debit. I don't like that it only shows my current balance.

The app will not open on my devices (phone/tablet). All i get is a white screen with a very small Advantage Access icon.

Crashes on open. It is violating security policy and crashes. Maybe with the last update it no longer works.

Continued updates by webmaster, eliminates access by certain phones. I've purchased 2 phones in 2 yrs just to accommodate PACU only. My other credit union in Calif. Has updated with NO issues. I'm done with PACU!

Says no connectivity I used to be able to open with data only now it says I need to be connected to the internet to use app all my other apps open with data why not yours thanks for fixing app I'm able to access my account quick turnaround after resetting my pass word it's say please contact us this app is worthless you should work out the bugs my real rating is a 1

You guys need to fix this app ASAP!!! Every day at some point during the day I keep receiving error messages and can't log onto the app, and its so FRUSTRATING!!! Do something about this please, or I'll have to bank elsewhere.

I have been with this company for many years!! Everyone makes mistakes, but if they do they fix mine no problem!!! But not often at all.. Love PACU

Very easy to understand and navigate. I'm not very good with keeping up with my accounts on paper. This app helps by being able to see how my accounts are doing.

App quit working on my Samsung tablet. Will not load. I Uninstalled and reinstalled app with no change. Still works fine on my s20 phone.

This is the 2nd time this app has just stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy A11 in several months ...Uninstalled & reinstalled & still can't get in to my Acct....Very Frustrating...Worked fine til U Updated...Please Fix.Thanks.

Great financial institution...worked with me for a long time once I lost my job and got behind on auto payment...did everything within their power to help me. I hope to be with this credit union, a very long time.

Doesnt Work anymore. I check my Account like 3 time a day... But now when I try to log in it say " Error" call support center. What happen to this App Now? It doesnt work well anymore.

Does not work with android 12 Contacted credit union tech support. They contacted their app provider and they said app will not work with android 12 upgrade. Hoping they will fix that but cant use app until they do.☹️

Security features are frustrating and onerous but when it works, it's as good as any major bank's app.
