Easy to use once you learn the layout. Great for depositing checks.
the point of an app for your phone is that the screen fits to the size of your phone. This app is essentially their website in a format for a laptop/PC. Very hard to use!

Absolutely horrible for depositing checks had perfect pictures 12 times before it would finally deposit a $5 check. Why don't people use credit unions because they are difficult to work with

Have never had an issue with this AFCU app.
I have been with AFCU since the late 70's. They have never disappointed me. They have been very easy to work with. Other banks have tried to get me to switch especially since I don't live in Monroe County. Not happening, I'm staying put. With affiliate branches banking is not difficult at all.

The fingerprint reader gives me an issue if it's not lined up perfectly but other than that I love it.
I would love love love if you guys could add a tab where i can print my own direct deposit information! Other tjan that easy to read. Fast. Perfect

Since update Advantage won't take pictures of checks to deposit online. Habe to go to a branch to achieve this now.

Easy navigation easy to understand
Mostly it's okay but the account selected should display on every page. A final review is lacking which would allow you to confirm accuracy/make edits for transactions. Easy to make mistakes.
