When trying to log in all I get is an error message after putting in my username.
I type in my account number and try to log in but all what comes up is "error". Tried deleting and reinstalling several times, but the same thing occurs. I need to deposit some checks but now I can't! Why?

Don't use your cameras flash and it should read checks correctly. Other than that, great app!
Remote deposit doesnt even work which is the whole reason someone would have an app. Waste of time.
Log in, look for share draft account (swipe over with your finger), look for the little camera and follow prompts.
Does its job
Lets you view your account balances... and that's about it. Not much in the way of functionality and doesn't offer anything that you couldn't do via the AFCU website.
I'm an on-the-go person. I need to be able to have quick access to my account and its features. I can't use bill pay with this app. To me, it's pointless to have this app without the bill pay option. But for just taking a glimpse at your accounts, it's a suitable app.
I have both ESL & AFCU for banking. I wish this app had the functionality the ESL app did. I can mobile deposit with them...when will AFCU finally do this? It took forever to even get an app.
You really can only look at your accts with this app, but it works for me

I have tried to do mobile deposits twice since the update and each time it crashes in the middle then proceeds to lock me out saying invalid password limit reached. No invalid passwords have been entered. Tired of having to call to reset my account.

This app is so frustrating. At least 3 to 4 times a week the app will tell me that I have entered an invalid password and I have to contact the bank to reset it. For the record....I have not entered an invalid password....Uninstalling now!
I love this app since I don't live in Rochester but it is still my primary account. Banking just got a lot easier!
Nihada has made banking so easy and this app makes it even easier.

App says error when I try to log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing! Not happy 😔
