Advantage Plus FCU

It's a good app, I really enjoy it for my banking but the mobile deposit feature keeps freezing on me. Before it was easy. I could just snap and go. But now I have been trying.. and it keeps freezing after I've taken a picture of the check so I don't know if my check was actually deposited or not.

It's been ok. But the finger print scanner causes the app to crash. It's been along time and the fingerprint scanner still crashes the app.

Really inconsistent performance. The option for biometric log in (fingerprint) seems to almost be available. This app needs serious work.

I'm a new member with is CU their app seems to be straight forward and user friendly. The only reason I've given it 3 stars is with other banks and credit union apps, they have the biometric feature to sign in with your fingerprint making your apps more secure and easier to log in. Gladly give it a 5 star review after this feature is available

This app was good at first but now there is connection issues. The email provided for the customer service is not reachable.

Keeps telling me error occurred Everytime I try logging in but doesn't say what kind of error

I can't read my purchase amounts. Credit Union hasn't helped..so far.

Love doing all my banking needs with them. The tellers are always polite and solve most all finacial issues you might have.

Random errors that I can't sign into my account. Other than that it's fine.

App stops when trying to take a picture for deposits. Still have to go to bank branch to deposit checks making mobile app less impressive. 10/13/19 edit:. Fingerprint scanner doesn't work anymore. Won't give option to use, and when trying to turn fingerprint on app crashes. ☹️

Although this app has much off the same features as the old it may take me a bit to figure it all out. Like the camera for check deposit it was right under my nose, worked great after I found it. Always a little room for improvement.

This app has no ability to deposit checks like the old one. That was extremely important since we are working out of state. Disappointing.

The upgrade has provided such ease for deposits, general account and credit union information, account access, and card managment. I love the new interface and especially love the new camera abilities for depositing checks.

2 things, the Remember me does not work, & the Pass code does not have an enter button or does not enter automatically when done putting in the pass code like other apps.

I like the newer look with more clearly labeled accounts (names instead of just numbers) and the ease of transferring now is great! Thanks for the update! 👍

I keep getting errors when trying to use the bill pay. If I can not trust the app to conduct my transactions when I need to get things paid, who's going to suffer the late fees?

This isn't a step up from the old app. It doesn't even have fingerprint login.

Still can't download. Keeps saying download pending. Anyone else have this problem?
