App force closes when I try to read messages. Can't schedule appointments through the app. It is easy to use but I also wish the app provided little quick explanations on lab results and what each thing tests. The app I had for my old doctor had this feature and it was really helpful.
Not difficult to use. Only issues I've had have been with the connection with the video visits. It's rare but can be annoying, has always been fixed when I call the office for a new video link. Besides that won't complain.
Keeps crashing and doesn't show messages from Dr's but they do show up when using the website. Doesn't save credentials when Biometric login is selected. Also, very sluggish even when using WiFi 6 with 1 Gbps internet backhaul.
Even after the update, I have tried 7 times to schedule lab work! It continues to tell me, every time that I choose, that appointment is not available! Why are all appointment times on there to choose if there are none available? The last 3 times I called for appointments, I give the incompetent person the address of the one near me, they schedule it at one that is 20 miles away! The app and the "call center" are not appointment friendly at all. This is sad cause I loved everything else about it
Your app keeps on saying out of date update to new version and then is in a loop of same message. Cannot access app. Tried uninstalling and then reinstall with no luck. Same error message.
Overall, I have been happy with the app. I got tried to look at my new lab results and it says that my app is out of date. I even uninstalled and reinstalled... It still won't let me into the app.
Horrible app. Crashes, hard to navigate, missing patient info. Bad overall design. Million dollar company with a 1 dollar app. Asked for an update so, it is still a horrible app. Crashes everytime you select messages from your doctor. On 5G and is still slow to load. Fire the designer and hire a kid that knows how to program.
Everytime I try to enter the message section the app closes. When I try to contact the help center it says I can't connect to the authentication server. App is good when it works.
There is a bug in the update. The app crashes when I click on more details for my app & the app will not work to join me to my virtual appt. I had to login via my computer.
Useful when it works... it crashes everytime I try to view my messages from my doctor. Tried updates and reinstalling and it just doesn't work anymore for me.
I'm pretty impressed with this app, would like a few more minor features, but I love seeing the results right away after my tests etc
App is not intuitive, makes it difficult to set up a care team on first use, and crashes every time I try to read a message from within the app.
Horrible app. Used once to send a message. Received a message from doctor and every time I'd click on it the app would close. Never could get the full message from doctor
Slow, works less than half the time and you can't load anything else like test results or medical records.
App won't open says that it is out of date. When I click update and am taken to the play store the app says it is up to date. But still won't open.
Excellent. I can do so much in every comfortable time. Verses waiting so long on hold when you call any office now.
Terrible app. Keeps asking me to change the password, then it says wrong password. Ridiculous, software company probably charges a large chunk of change and they're app is manure.
Very easy to use. So much better than the phone system for scheduling, medicine refills etc.
Labs never load, even when released to view by my MD. Labs are either blank, or all show up as one (they all say lipid results even though I'm clicking other labs). Horrible app.
Not very useful when it crashes every time I try to read a message. I'll just call and waste everybody's time from now on.
Crashes every time I tap the messages from my doctor. Same on 2 Android devices. Have to use web browser instead.
Was able to get my results as soon as I left the office. Definitely useful and will keep using.
Not user friendly...couldn't find the area to message the doctor...hint it is NOT under messages! Worst part is it made me pick a passcode and now I have to use the passcode to unlock my phone every single time where I never had a lock on my phone before that. I don't want a damn passcode on my phone...it's a pain as I'm the only one using it. UGH!
It is useless as mammary glands on a wild boar. Users can no longer access lab results from this site. Don't waste your time trying to use it.
App keeps crashing when I view messages from my provider so it's not even usable.
I can see lab results and notes from my appointment and i can see the dates i have appointments with all of my doctors so theres no more confusion.!!!!
I use this app all the time. It's very user friendly. All of my health information is there; all of my labs, x-rays and doctors notes. I can make virtual Dr. Visits which is super helpful. It has all of my Dr. appointments loaded and reminds me every time I open the app.
Doctors are amazing everyone there is very friendly and help helpful definitely would recommend them to anyone that is looking to take care of themselves
Needed to make appt for recurrent UTI. Advent patient. Kicked me out abput 12 times once for identifing a.street light as a traffic light. Finally got an appt had to fill.in my imfo despite being a patient at Centra Care and it crashed. Why do you even havr this? Is this a joke? Advent Healthcare is THE WORST HOSPITAL as far as simple interaction with patients. I can order a McDonalds Mesl witb more efficiency than your poorly managed portals. Never has healthcare been less accessible.
Works about half the time. When you look up lab results, if you have more than a few, it takes about 10 minutes to load because for some reason it loads ALL of them first. It's an error every time. After the error you can finally tell the app what date range you're trying to view. Even without that; my login fails about half the time. When checked against the website it's "under maintenance for a few minutes" again. It's a little strange a company as large as Advent can't figure this out.
