Adventure Escape: Carnival

So far the game is pretty interesting... BUT there is no tutorial and they just drop you into advanced level play. Plus the areas you need to touch to open things aren't exactly centered or easily accessed. It gets frustrating pretty quickly. Once you figure out the complexities of how to play, however, it's an extremely interesting game.

Some really good things to enjoy in this collection of tableaux. Some are easier than others, but also, some are much, much longer to complete. Sudoku with random shapes, where there is no back to the start button, as in some of the other tasks, takes a long time to complete. It's good and dreadfully time-consuming in equal measures

Cute. I like the story and the puzzles are fun without being overly challenging. Perfect if you are taking a break from the dark, cryptic escape/simulation games. The biggest flaw is that there is no way to save the game in the middle of the chapter. Apparently this is also an issue with other games, which makes me hesitant to download more :(

Fun game; I like that the game doesn't limit length of play with energy. Puzzles are adequately challenging, not too difficult nor easy to make me want to give up/not play. So far I have been able to continue to progress in the gameplay without having to pay for a full game, pay for virtual items or watch multiple 30 second in-game ads. Great work!

still playing the game and wholeheartedly enjoying it. BUT IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE LEVELS RESTARTING?? I'm not always able to play through a level in one go and it's makes me want to stop playing when i find out i have to do everything all over again ( especially the ones i struggled with). If this is a glitch plz fix it. i've had to redo the witch's home level 4 times already. i'm crying.

It's a good game with nice graphics and controls. The music isn't annoying, I stopped noticing it after a while, and the puzzles, so far, have been on the easier side. There was only one that gave me a little trouble until I realized the symbols could change. I'm only on chapter 1 so I cant say for certain how hard the rest of it is yet. The first chapter of anything is usually easy to get the player accustomed.

I totally love these adventure escape games by Haiku Games. The graphics are great! And it's so brain challenging, thrilling and have different adventure and scenarios. And the best part is that you get to the end by solving the mysteries... it's not like those never-ending games that will just end up becoming monotonous and boring. This one was really enjoyable with a great storyline.

The storyline is superb, my favourite kind of story! The graphic and colours have improved, a bit. The puzzles range from easy to extra complicated. Not difficult, they're possible to solve without hints but they're so time-consuming. They're so tricky! My issue: you should start from the beginning of a chapter when you exit the game before finishing the chapter. Wasting time!

cute game but not their best. Some of the riddles arent really riddles, for example just a sudoku where you can't restart if you make a mistake. most annoying is that if you leave the game mid-level you have to start everything from zero. plus this sometimes causes bugs that make the level unbeatable the second time unless you happen to remember the clue

Its a great mystery game almost like role playing. I like the graphics and the screen play and i dont have to worry about ads poppings up everytime i play, which is nice! Also i love escape games as well. By far, this is the best one... One thing i would like to include is that i wish the items and the stars were a little bigger so that you can notice them better. Thank you!

I enjoyed the game up until the horse and cart. I believe that some kind of minigame isnt working properly as the hints suggest a carrot game is in progress, and gives clues on how to complete, but I can't see anything similar. Until this is fixed I am umable to continue with the game. This is a major bug hence the 2 star review. If fixed I would be happy to change the rating.

I love puzzle games in this style, but the clues when you're stuck are a little too vague - I'm usually aware of what the end goal is and am having problems getting to that point, so a smaller, more specific clue is a lot more help than how to manipulate the puzzle. I really enjoy the fact that I can finish in a single sitting, and have downloaded the rest of your games already.

so far so good but the one thing I think would make it better would be for the game to continue exactly where u left off at. I lost count hours many times I had to repeat chapters because it starts over at the beginning of the chapter no matter how close to the end I got. Other than that, it plays really well.

So far I've completed all but 2 of the Haiku games. I've gotten very good at solving the puzzles, although I still need to watch the run throughs on You Tube one in a while. But, for the life of me I can't figure out how some of the answers are derived. Mostly it's the ones that require a number combination. And since the run throughs are done without speaking you still don't know how they came up with the answers. Other than that I enjoy these games.

Love this game! Would've given 5 stars but there is a bug that isn't saving my progress. So I have to keep starting over from the last chapter completed. I wrote them on messenger and they said they're very busy but will fix it as soon as they can. So when it gets fixed I'll change it to 5 stars. Other than that it's a great game

it was a great game but... totally unreasonable that you can't save within a level. I play for 5, 10 minutes at a time, not hours on end. I spent 20 minutes solving one puzzle then another 30 trying to win the mag jong to no avail. when I came back o found the 1st puzzle had to be completed again. it wasn't so fun that I wish to solve it again, nor do I have hours to sit with this app. I guess I'm not smart enough to play this game

Would get 5 stars normally, love this series of games, setting is neat, characters are great, puzzles are fun. I really like the new to the series main character. Only got bumped down in rating because I find the "evil gypsy sorceress" stuff really racist. I know it's an old trope but it's a messed up old trope. I think this was just tone deafness on the writer's part though so it wasn't a complete deal breaker. Hope they use the main character in more games.

Pretty good game so far. I especially love the graphics and background music. Also, unlike other similar style games, you can back out of a puzzle to go re-look at clues and come back with the puzzle being how it was when you left it! Excellent work!

It started out incredible, but I cant play the gem stone game in the very beginning. I follow the instructions given, but the gems dont move. I dont know if it's a glitch or error and I dont know who to contact about it. would love to try to play again once the issue is resolved! thank you!

The game is challenging and fun, I've been engrossed for hours BUT it would really be appreciated if there was a way to fast foward the dialogue and an option to skip or fast forward the tutorial. other than that, its brilliant!!
