Adventure Escape: Space Crisis

Sorry. I lost interest in this within 10 minutes. My instincts told me I wasn't going to like this with all the hype docking the ship. Sorting the spacesuits just did it for me. The tasks are pointless. Saving the crew and not even boarding in a spacesuit? How illogical is that? The music is also annoying and had to be turned off and the graphics are only reasonable at best. Sorry deleting

I've not finished, but so far I quite like it. It's not engineered so things are impossible unless one buys extra hints. (Which has happened to me in the past). The puzzles are not all the same and often challenging, but enjoyable. Just got to "explore the storage area". The warning not to get lost was unnecessary, as only able to go to one adjoining area before returning to the start of the storage area. The game hasn't finished, but I have with it.

It's decent for what it is. Very linear, only a little at a time. Not really an "adventure". It plays similar to a traditional graphic adventure, but it's really more of a puzzle game. I don't do those escape room games, but this is more how I imagine them. The story wasn't terribly compelling. But as far as a short series of puzzles, it was stimulating. And the graphics are pleasant enough, to be sure. It was fun. I just prefer a deeper story and more exploration (and free exploration) in my adventure games.

I love it!! Most of the games by Haiku I've played lately were so short, I can finish in a an evening. This one I got to pause and come back to it for a few nights. Great "me time!" The story is tense if your imagination is good enough, the graphics are awesome, the puzzles are perfectly challenging!! So good. Thanks developers! 10 stars! I love Haiku! Wish I could send the game to some friends via text or messenger. That would be superb, lol.

I encountered a serious glitch in level 8. There was no scanner to fix the ship so I wouldn't have been able to finish, and simply restarting the level didn't fix it. I eventually got around the problem by closing the app entirely and reopening it. In this case its failure to save my progress in the middle of the level was a good thing and I was able to complete the game. Other than that bug, everything worked smoothly and it was fun.

The game is fun and the story is intriguing! However, I can't continue the game because an ad will keep crashing the app. As such, I cant even start chapter 6 before an ad shuts the game down. Which is a shame because the story was starting to get more interesting. As such, I can't give this 5 stars in good faith. If this is fixed, I'll change the rating.

This game would be super fun except it doesn't give any directions for the puzzles, you have to use hints, and hint points are super difficult to come by, so once they're gone you either have to hammer away at a puzzle until you want to scream or spend money to get hint points for help or to skip. Games should be fun, not infuriating. Also there's no save mid level. If you leave a level you start again at the beginning. Otherwise I'd really love this game.

Fun game! I really enjoyed playing it! ALL Haiku Games are pretty good! They're not super hard, but not super easy either. The level of diffuculty is just right to keep you having fun and wanting to play. The only thing I have a "complaint" about, is the hints. Sometimes they dont help, AT ALL! They dont give you ANY useful information to help solve the puzzle you're stuck on. Other than that, I love their games! (Oh! I also would like if the games were longer, with more chapters!)

I'm a fan of the Adventure Escape brand games. This one's not the best. Still it's enjoyable enough, worth playing, and it's not long. The puzzles aren't difficult, but unlike a lot of the other titles, the puzzles in Space Crisis don't seem to initiate as organically. I found myself numerous times asking, "So what am I supposed to Do?""

Reading other reviews was helpful. The last timed challenge is too much for my brain. My only gripe is there is no indicator that a challenge requires device orientation. I figured out one because the image 'appeared' off. I suspect the calipers were also supposed to be used this way, but I didn't figure it out and used stars to pay for the hint ... twice. It didn't give me the hint for the room/context I was in, but something else I had missed and likely would have figured out on my own.

I love the Haiku games, play almost all of them. This game is my least favorite. It is an older game. The controls are sporadic and glitchy. It isn't very intuitive-it should take thought to figure out the puzzle, but not how to manipulate the puzzle. Newer haiku games tell you how/what to do to manipulate the puzzle. Chapter 5 is extra frustrating. Placing the needed item in/on the printer just makes the printer zoom/unzoom, not place the item. Others had problems with another chpt 5 puzzle

This is a classic, albeit slightly easier, opening to other Adventure Escape games! Some newer games have more obscure puzzles, but I like the classic ones like in this game...almost like you wanna face palm when you realized what was in front of you the whole time!

Different than most. Like you can't get free hints the whole game, I'll use them, controls are a little funny at times. And directions can be a tad more clear, just constructive criticism, love it otherwise!

A fun game! I've been looking for games look like this! There was one glitch where I stopped in the middle of a chapter and when I went to restart, the game restarted me from the beginning of the chapter. Then another glitch in the same chapter where I used hints, but it was giving hints for tasks I already completed.

Played level 1 and clicked on level 2. An add starts to load and then the whole app crashes. I tried exiting and reopening. Also tried an uninstall/reinstall. Playing on a galaxy tablet and have not had this issue with other Haiku apps.

I spend most of my time playing adventure escape games.. It is really interesting and I can't just stop it without completing it. It really interesting if you are into cracking codes and unveiling new new chapters and every game has a wonderful plot.. One of my favorites was asylum.. That is so mysterious and Graphics and audios are so good makes u feel like u r playing a character in the plot

Im addicted to the Adventure Escape game series, I have every game in the series I could find I love how the levels are quite difficult, GREAT brain Exercise, YET, They arent so difficult which makes you lose interest, like many other app makers games are, they've truly found the PERFECT ratio of difficulty, brain exercise & great enjoyment all in one, & To succeed in having that PERFECT ratio, in not just this story, but every other game version in Escape Adventure Mystery series. WELL DONE👍🥇

The game is ✨Super fun✨ and I can never disagree on that one. The first part of the story makes the game more compelling. It's like a movie turned into a puzzle game. I really like the mini games. It feels like a simulation. The adventure is exciting and I like each character and their roles in the story. The way the flashback was shown. And never miss the final part where the game travels down to earth. That's my most favorite part of the story and my most favorite mini game is in the last part

I liked the puzzles, disliked the lack of animation. It was decent enough though, I ran through it pretty quick without using any of the help feature except for the last level which it seemed pretty much impossible to make out which direction it wanted your ship.

The puzzles were nice, the dialogues and story are carefully written and the visuals are decent. I was annoyed by music playing constantly, even on top of ads, by its saving strictly to a chapter start and by the last puzzle which didn't seem to accept my input at all resulting in constant repeat.

I just downloaded the game and it has captured my attention to the fullest. It is an enjoyable experience. The storyline is captivating and keeps you wanting to solve more puzzles to find out what really happened. It reminds me of star trek game from long ago. Expectations were delivered in a positive way.

A good mind upgrader! It's easy when you think carefully and follow the dialogue for your objectives. I wouldn't recommend skipping story because it may contain clue on what to do next. I would certainly recommend for a good time waster.

Aside from a few times that the game seemed to freeze and force quit itself, I've thoroughly enjoyed playing this game as with every other game I've played by these creators. I'd like to give you full marks (aside from the occasional freezing and force quits and the simple fact that I seldom give full marks), but I can't. I look forward to playing more games by you in the future. Keep them coming!

I can't get enough of Adventure Escape games. They all work perfectly. Great graphics. Hot stories with multiple twists as stories unfold. Interaction between user and machine are perfect, as far as I've experienced. So thanks for the fun times and hopefully will have more to play in the near future. FYI love the logics and puzzles you come up with. Wow ! Just amazing. I think I'm in love...

Unusually long, drawnout series of super challenging puzzles, many whose goal was obcure or illogical. Then after conquering all that, at the very end, it turns into an arcde game! A series of 5, TIMED events where if you miss ANY of them, you have to start all over from the 1st one again. The 2nd event is literally impossible, since there is no way to orient the capsule to match the picture in the diagram. BAD ENDING! If you play it, save up your points so you can skip the ending.

I generally love the majority of the Adventure Escape games but this one wasn't very good. It was short and the story wasn't that great. There's also supposedly 39 achievements but after playing through the game I didn't receive any. I'm going to assume that's because the game was made for an older operating system and it hasn't carried over to the newer ones.
