Does what it says on the tin; have yet to have any issues. All I would suggest is to have a 'dark' mode available; most apps do and switching to one that doesnt after using several that do tends to hurt my eyes, especially so on an app like this where one tends to spend a' extended amount of time browsing for products, making offers, haggling prices then checking and rechecking over and over again.

I've had an adverts account since 2013 but unfortunately I wont be using anymore :( very sad as I always liked the app and have made alot of sales through it but to charge a euro to bump an ad when you're only selling the item for a few euros isnt worth my time anymore. I wouldnt mind as much if being charged the euro once you have gotten a sale Edit:cannot bump adds anymore at all without paying 1 euro even if it's gone past 30 days. Will probably delete unfortunately

Could be great unfortunately it is lagging all the time, slow to download anything, open categories. Sort it out please You still have not sorted out your bugs. I can't even sent a private message now. App is getting better but still needs some updates The app is much better. I don't have any complaints about it. Keep up the good work

Using the app is simple and quick. It is a great platform to buy and sell on and the saved notifications are great to use as some items are sold quickly and getting notified about them quickly is a very useful feature. However I would really like to be able to exclude words from the search. E.g search for Star Wars items but not lego. This would really help. Otherwise it is a solid app.

Adverts.ie app is a good platform to buy or sell pre-loved things. Posting an ad is free, it's easy to put photos on eg from a mobile phone. My experiences have been good: buying, selling or finding a home for free items. Communicating with potential buyers or sellers thro' the app works well, and privacy is protected. You can arrange to collect items in a public place if you want. The items I've bought have matched the descriptions & transactions went smoothly. Reviews are helpful.

This app needs a major update. I wanted to create a second adverts account to sell products and when i wanted to sell an ad, it wanted to verify my account by email. Fine. But then it wanted me to verify my account again but by number and no sms has been sent even though I'm using the same mobile number and phone and it's telling me I can't use this number. What a joke

There are bugs the biggest being that when someone goes to buy the item, a hat for example it comes up as a phone in checkout with the phone price!. This has hapened several times over two years and been reported each time but it is still there. Also as a shop, charging a euro a bump would set me back near on €270 a month! Thats a fine website of my own on Wix or the like, never mind the fact that Ebay works out cheaper now, never mind Etsy. I think you need to go back to plan A.

App is unintuitive and glitchy. Bad layout and editing ads not possible with current version. Platform is good though.

Very-good-looking and functional app for sales and purchases and exchanges and even give-aways nationally in Ireland. Even business accounts are available for the frequent sellers. So, thank you to Adverts.ie for a good sales' and purchasing and exchanging and give-away platform.

Great app for buying or selling stuff. Anything I advertise always sells or anything I want to buy , never any problems. Highly recommend it. Happy shopping.

Using this app for years I'd add more customizable search options especially distance also ability to remove comments but I get it's kept as simple as possible it's doing it's job👍

Be catious when buying from people with no previous reviews I bought an item for €100 and was scammed the user never sent the item and refused to reply contacted customer support was told I'd have to file it with gardai before they could do anything other than prevent his future sales probably my own fault for not reading the TAC for a small amount of money like this our local gardai wouldn't even bat an eyelid at somebody the opposite end of the country so counting my losses and moving on .

My overall experience using Adverts.ie is very positive its an easy to use platform. I would recommended this app for selling unwanted goods or personal items.

Love Adverts Buy and Sell because you can message people straight away and get a response pretty quick unlike the other sites out there. We have been using Adverts for years now and couldn't fault the site it's brilliant.

App is great but I noticed latley when I'm using the phone it will not send messages. When someone sends me a pm on adverts I can't reply. It just keeps loading, so I have to go to my pc to Reply to mwessages.

Very happy with the Adverts app overall. Easy to use and good features. My only problem is sending private messages sometimes doesn't work. The app gets stuck and fails to send.

Can't login using my Facebook account since december. Even it doesnt allow to edit personal information and change an email. Don't know what the hell is wrong with this app. Tried and updated many time, still having the same issue.

Fantastic app with good bargains. Only issue is the filter option as private sellers are mixed in with professional sellers, so it can take a long time looking trough adds.

Since they've updated this app, my credit keeps going to minus figures for absolutely no reason which leaves me unable to renew my ad's & they keep expiring. Have tried contacting Adverts three times with no response.

I've been using Adverts for years. It was a great way to sell and buy goods. Now they are charging €1 to bump your ad after 30 days. This is a joke especially if you're selling something cheap. I'll never use this app again as its just a cash grab.

Very bad customer care I have been reporting the same user now for months who is selling faulty stolen goods Adverts team refuse to either do anything or even acknowledge my reports, apart from the standard automated response to say they'll look into my complaint, but then I never hear nothing afterwards. It seems like as long as you're advertising and adverts are getting revenue from it they don't want to know about the dodgy dealings that's happening on their platform.

Was good. But now charging for a basic ad bump .. Bad practice !!! Sorry but i am thinking of pulling out of this app.. If you want revenue then put ads in and charge for a permanent ad removal.... But charging for what is supposed to be a free "Monthly" ad bump... No thanks

Terrible app, full of glitches. Very slow, click on an ad and it takes forever to open. And quite often it doesnt open at all. App gets caught in a loop when scrolling down through ads and user feedbacks. You are seeing the same 6 or 7 feedbacks over and over. Then theres the issue of Ads getting withdrawn by themselves. Constantly having to relaunch ads because they are withdrawn, not by me. Terrible app, Ray won't care though. Never addresses the issues.

Please will you add a permanent search bar to the top. Having to open the side bar every time is just so inconvenient compared to other apps

Update on my previous review. With the bump option, it used to notify you when you qualified for free bump but now, it has a option to pay only so unless you have a long list of when you initially posted each ad, it's not going to be helpful in you knowing when you qualify for a so-called credit. It's an old gimmick to pressure people into paying for the bump rather than waiting. I'm not using the app anymore because if this.

Fantastic App.Great opportunities to find amazing items.Have met some really nice genuine people. Very easy to use. Would highly recommend.

It work for around an hr then I have to delete it as it won't load anything. I've contacted advets.ie and got not reply
