I have upgraded my phone to a Samsung S21, the ap loads, sometimes, out of 40 apps on my phone, this is the only app that cannot connect for a supposedly slow connection, and I can never get the camera check remote deposit to work, this app still sucks, every bank app (3), I have works fine, advia doesn't. If samsung doesn't support the s5 than why does my espn, wunderground weather, play store, numerous other apps still work? Advia's app is not good and they should simply admitt it.

I have countless times had my account charged incorrectly or not reflected my balance properly so that even if I checkbook myself, the app would reflect was short or had more than what I had. I just want it fixed, please

Advia is as bad as a bank. This app sucks. I file a dispute on a charge and CU Rep said they'd contact me in 30 days by phone. They emailed me and said if I didn't respond they'd drop my dispute in 72 hours. Been a member since 1989, but had to get direct deposit to be an advantage rewards member. All the fees of a bank and none of the advantage of a credit union.

I have had the app for a long time. I really expect more of this app. Overall it is ok. Does not update all transactions on the weekend. Really upsetting that on the weekends it is not accurate.

it's nice to have an app, but it doesn't seem to work very well for me. The left side menu randomly pops open and covers half my screen. Plus, when I actually do open the menu, the little ad at the top takes a few seconds to appear, and when it does, it shifts all the selections down. I am constantly selecting the wrong thing because of these menu shifts. I woukd say, the App needs some fine-tuning.

I rarely use this to track my loan and credit card balances and have loved it so far. I did have an issue last week where the mobile deposit feature disappeared randomly which was kind of inconvenient. It has since been resolved. I was reached out to personally by phone and recieved great service to resolve my issue and was able to provide feedback on some of the apps features.

I have literally NEVER had problem with this app, it's been fast and easy to use. Lately it has been slow, not responsive, closes out whenever it feels like it, and takes literally 5 minutes of not touching the screen for the transaction history to finally show up. I have gotten so fed up with this app lately, it started the first day the stimulus checks hit accounts, I tried to check my account that morning and the whole system was down, it's unfortunately not gotten much better, if you're by chance reading this before getting an account with Advia, Don't do it yet. Wait until the economy starts back up.

Unfortunately my transaction history will no longer show while using the app. One of the primary features I used. Seems to be many problems going on since the last update, but accessing the app was no longer possible without it. I still see balances, but with all the other reviews and no transaction history to reference, I'm questioning the accuracy of the info contained in the app. Not a very good sign for a banking app.

This app is terribly slow to load and process. all information is delayed by several days and is buried deep within submenus. nothing about it is intuitive or easy. My paychecks get deposited Friday morning but won't show until Tuesday. Setting up transfers is a chore and good luck finding them later if you need to make a change. Transfers setup in the office are located in a different part of the app than ones setup using the app, and you can't edit them. This app needs to be replaced.

I absolutely LOVE this app... Would love to see real time notifications for every single type of transaction, whether incoming or outgoing, when you schedule a payment, reminders of payments, automatic, pending and cleared incoming and outgoing transactions, holds, etc as well as real time available balances and balance alerts... Ik the app does do some of these things but it's mostly got to do with your website settings... Most of the banking apps out there today have all of these. It's helpful

It's not just the app, it's the entire website that sucks. It doesn't matter which platform I'm using, takes over 2 minutes for the transactions to load. When I need to see if something has cleared, which is every day, I have to wait and wait. And if I switch screens or let my devices screen go dark, it starts all over. Extremely annoying.

Trying to get into this app is a nightmare. I dont live close to this bank anymore but because I have a loan through them I have to keep it. Not being able to get into the app has cost me so much money in fees its horrible. Transfer fees from my savings to checking is theft. Not to mention the lag. Sometimes it takes 3 days for it to update my account.

I use to like this app but the last few weeks it doesn't works correctly won't let you log in always says there having issues won't show you accounts and transaction history. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling because that what the representative says you have to do. I think may have to consider look into another credit union that will allow me to use digital banking without all the hassles.

Easy to navigate. Better than the older versions that never loaded after logging in. Advia had a pretty low bar for a working app. But it does everything I need it to do.

I can do everything from this app with my accounts that I can do at the branch. Deposit checks, move money from one account to another, make payments, etc. Update: it still works most of the time. It is SLOWER than ever. Sometimes it just doesn't load an account at all. Speed it up ADVIA this is a simple app it should work better. It used to..... A quick response to this. Chat option is a joke... Fully automated. Want to get our app? Duh... I have it and it has been SLOW.

I'm having some trouble logging in on the app! I always get an error message after a long period of loading, and I've tried logging in on various connections (wifi, mobile data). Otherwise, I really love this app and how useful it is for managing my money.

Used to work great. Trying to move money, but every time I select the move money tab, it does nothing. I select it again and it drops the menu down. Go to select transfer funds, but it goes to depeosit check because the drop menus are way delayed. I have to move money right now to avoid overdrafting. Very frustrating.

Same experience as others. Page not fully loading, transactions appear then dissapear. Taking app down for maintenance before posting the maintenance notice. I work in commercial networking. This is not an end user issue. (I.e equipment, out of date versions, wifi, ect.) This is a poor app development and rushed roll outs issues. If this isn't resolved in the next few roll outs. I will have to move my accounts to Landmark C.U. I cannot accept this kind of service from a financial institution.

Recently can not put in amount to transfer money, does not give the numbers pad, instead keeps mentioning it should be greater than zero. Who wants to transfer zero or lesser amount, it even doesn't make sense! Have no, problem transferring money using other banks, so it's not the phone. Called the main office last month, nothing been done yet.

Normally the app works great, but ..... it goes through periods of time where it's down. Right now I have updated my app, tried to log in on my computer, and still can not reach anything! I have also reset my router as well. I know it's not a problem on my end. It has been 3 days now. I have literally had to call the 800 number, and go through all of that jazz.

I have it on my old phone works great on that. I don't have service on it anymore though. Now I am on a Samsung Galaxy s10e and a galaxy Tab that is a year old. I can download the app on both of the fore mentioned devices but I can not login with the correct password and name. On either device meanwhile I am still able to on the old phone through WIFI. What is up with that?

You can see your balance and pretty much do everything on this app that you could do on a computer except for one thing: for some reason i cannot see the details of my purchses or when i revieve money. The screen is just completly white and has been since ive added the app. Kinda frustrating to have to log in to a computer to see those details.

The app used to work great. Something changed though and it takes way too long for transactions to show when you click on the individual accounts. They used to pop up right away. Now you end up waiting & clicking again & waiting some more. If you fixed this I would definitely change my review to a 5 star.

Been using this app for years and have had no problem. Difficult at times when they overhauled the entire display of the app, but that was worth it because of everything they added.

It really sucks! Takes too long to show a pending payment. Wasn't sure after 3 days if I actually made the payment for my mortgage because it didnt show pending so I made ANOTHER PAYMENT so it wouldnt be late. I actually put my experience on FB and WOW! I AM DEF NOT ALONE! OVER 100 NEGATIVE RESPONSES! Apparently lots of people do NOT LIKE THE APP. Actually thought about changing banks.

app was much better before the March 2019 revision. now it is slow to initially load, and often won't load at all. switching between functions is also much slower. the few cosmetic upgrades are not a worthwhile tradeoff.
