This is an ADW THEME and requires "ADW.LAUNCHER" app to use it.
HOW TO USE:
Search for ADW.LAUNCHER or AnderWeb on Market.Install/Run ADW.LAUNCHER, press Menu-ADWSettings-Themes Preferences.Select "Glow Legacy Red Pro ADW Theme" and Apply Theme!
To customize the Drawer, tap the drawer icon, select Edit->click on the icon->ADWTheme Icon Packs ->Glow Legacy Red Pro ADW Theme->Choose icon.
*AFTER THEME UPDATE, RE-APPLY THE THEME TO SEE THE CHANGES!

...but it definitely needs more icons. Not just for other apps, but all purpose icons too, such as a Pokeball, or a heart. Valve recently released an app for Steam as well, so an icon for that would be awesome.

I was wary about buying this add on to the app, but it works really well, fast as well, hasn't lagged my Nexus S at all. A must have for Tron fans.
This theme is one of the coolest around. It really completes my Droid x. Waiting to get the red tron keyboard!
Nice...as for a red clock,ClockQ has a setting for a red clock that you can add a white drop shadow to...almost matches this theme.
