Unfortunately the $500 add credit offer is very misleading and deceptive. The functionality of the app and the ads are just fine, but I was very disappointed when I thought I was using ad credit, but then realized that I was going to be charged $78 for basically nothing. I never would have let my bill run up that high if I had known about this scammy ad credit offer. Not to mention all that came of it was I got some "impressions". Not even a single click to my website or a phone call.

App is not dependable and does not refresh your balance properly. I literally pulled down to refresh and it said $30 but if I open the site on my desktop it said $84 with double the clicks and impressions. It's not just a fluke. I checked it every morning for the past week and it is always way lower than the actual amount displayed on the desktop website. Don't use this app unless you just want the ability to start and pause your ad campaign without know how much you are actually spending.

I spent over $300 with one Google expert and got zero conversions. Another Google expert showed up and so far I've spent $115 and still zero conversions. Both of the experts spent over a week on AI learning. Evidently the AI is not a good learner because it hasn't figured out a way for me to get enough impressions and clicks to realize a single conversion. I started out being very pro Google ads because of what I'd read but, I'm quickly becoming a disbeliever.

It's straight up hilarious how difficult it is to spend money on a service the company provides. 9/10 attempts to receive help will lead to a result that you should ask the COMMUNITY to receive help. Imagine other products would just send you to other customers to help with issues because they encountered them. The other option is phone but if you can't use that and look for help via mail you are completely on your own.

This is very frustrating. I have a google ads account. If I click on the link from emails I can access it. If I try to access it either my email and password it says I don't have an account. So I can't access anything including this app.

The software is excellent but the Google support is lacking. They rarely return emails and phone calls! When they do, the tech usually only knows a very specific subject. There is little to no personal support for ad prep & improving response rates. I discontinued my advertising of $900 per month. I was using Google Ads for promoting my real estate business on My Google Business who will not approve or post any of my client reviews which are the key to building my business. Terrible support.

I've contacted Google support multiple times in the last few months about irrelevant clicks on my account. I've asked for a supervisor only to be told I will get a call In 2 to 3 days. And still never received an email or a phone call. They continue to do this with no proper business etiquette to solve the issue or be contacted. Also no contact phone numbers listed with Google or alphabet inc. They want all our info for our business but can't put there's out there. Better Business Bureau next.

Simply doesn't work for me. Using Samsung A71 with all latest updates and have two Google accounts setup plus one no Google corporate (m365) account. I only receive "oops something didn't work" message when starting the app. Seems to be because the app choses wrong Gmail account (my daughter's classroom account)... Google, please fix this!

It's a good app but needs the ability to create and edit YouTube ads on here as well. Going to the website Everytime is a chore because the website itself is slow and strenuous to get through just to end a campaign or edit a budget.

The ads are very limited and do not reach many people as for as impressions. Having a seemingly limitless budget it would be expected to see 10k or 100k impressions meaning 100k people seen the ad. I'm only seeing 2k impressions meaning almost noone has seen the add. And nothing can be done to increase visibility on an awareness campaign.

There is either a bug problem or it's inefficient. I changed my currency to naira only for that to be a reason why I can't use my ads and no means to fix it and pay in dollars. I need a reset or somethin. Thank you

Google changed the way they do smart campaigns. As a result, it has been absolutely devastating to my company. All my ads now show predominantly on YouTube, and theres no way to stop it short of not advertising with google

It's about 2 months I've already paid but neither I got any code via email(postcard), nor any clicks. It just shows 0 on my clicks, campaigns etc. Really disappointed. Worst app.

I used adsense to link it to my youtube channel and earned some money. I never used the Android app. I did everything from my browser. And now after installing the app. It says my account isn't registered with adsense at all. But it's working fine on my browser.

Not friendly, not easy to use, no one to talk to or email. They keep on sending me violations for blury pictures and it's hard to understand. I been using it for about 5 years. They were really good. I left Yelp and use Google but it looks like little by little they're becoming just like Yelp.

Not a profitable marketing platform for my business. I have lost hundreds of dollars on Google ads and gained little in paying customers. Do not recommend!

The fact that you can't create or even observe already created ads you've made for YouTube videos on the desktop app really kills this app for me, the app is good and I'd happily change the stars to 5 if that feature was added

Why does Google ads seem to be exempt from false advertising laws!? Is it perhaps because you're a corrupt monopoly? I would really like a response on this. It has gotten out of hand. You are the most evil company on the planet, right in front of apple.

I contacted customer service and there was no response. Dashboard states conversions, yet 0 sales. Excellent ad strength, total waste of time and money.

Helo, cant I ask something? I cant login to my account of google ads. It just loading forever I've tried to uninstall & install the app, but nothing. When i try sometime forwarding to browser, but in the browser said that page cannot be access for kids under 18 Yo. My browser is syning to my account of google. Can u help me?

This app is a waste of time, created an ad and when it published it wasn't even close to the ad I created. I can't even get back on the app to end the ad as it is just loading and loading

I think the app very useful, but in my opinion the developers could include the option follow up link. This option would become the in an amazing thing.

Customer Support is so slow to respond. My problems still not solved. Not easy to reach google for any issues. Bad services.

Let this be a public warning that if you do paid advertisement campaigns you will yet back to back calls from possible Google employees in a call center clicking your advertisement to steal your money. I documented the phone numbers for over 1 month now. The people never say anything and you can hear multiple of them in the room. Google charges per ad click & call.

Very bad UI/UX I have made payment today but it show the previous day's date and not user friendly. Mostly I am stuck in it's function.

This is very bad experience. Recently I put my app ads on this Google ads but I set my budget 0.03$ but after my campaign launched I see a cost for install is 0.05$ so after this I am confused I am go into the setting and trying to set this and trying to set my budget after setting my budget I get one message from Google my add account was suspended. very very bad experience.my lots of money stack in account and I am not able to make withdraw.so please don't use this go another place.

I had a google pay credit that i tried to make a purhase with but the app would not take it because of this my ad account was suspended.on top of this the customer service was so sub par that im thinking of switching to the apple ecosystem.

Started using this and i went from 2k a month to 10k a month. EASILY! So its very much worth it. I would give 5 stars but google lied with a misleading ad. $500 credit IS NOT REAL ITS MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING

Algorithm are not good. Doesn't target the specific client instead of adding exact keywords the ad clicks and search keywords are totally irrelevant. Rarely target a client. I have spent aroun 70/80 dollars in a month but target only a single genuine client other ad clicks are totally on irrelevant search words.
