The app worked until an update which now forces you to use Google Ads Classic. This app was easier to use and it just reminds me how stupid developers are... they never leave it alone when it works... they find a way to break it in the name of progress. Thanks for nothing Google.

Used to work great. Now it's stuck in a non stop update required status. Have deleted and reset the app. Still can't access to change my ads. New update to app rendering app worthless.

Installed this app to manage my campaign - it's useless, no adjustments for audience, etc. also this app switched my account to Express account without letting me know and I can't use regular Google Ads now!

This app has my account jammed up claiming I owe 41$ and change when I have NO IDEA what this app even is, I have NEVER used it, I do NOT have a subscription, nor will I ever because I do not own a business and never will. Fix your thieving hacky app. Ads are horrid trash and should be illegal. Why do you think nobody wants cable/sat TV? Real products advertise themselves. If you gotta pay someone to talk about your product, it's Garbage and your a lying snake selling your oil. NO MORE ADS.

Used to work. Now just continually telling me to update. Even after deleting and reinstalling, just a vicious circle of wasted time and effort. Saying "Getting your Ad information".

Keeps asking me to update the app and it is updated. Just continues to DL. I uninstalled and installed. Also now it says Network error which I think is them and not me as everything's working for me.

I keep opening it and it says I need an update to use and every time I go into the play store it says I have the current version. So I can't get into my account via the app at all. I am using a pixel 2.

Not working. Update apparently coming. BUT WHEN? It has been over a month. App won't even work. Says go to Google ads instead.

TOTAL SCAM!! They will charge for people accidentally clicking on your ad. Never using this again. Facebook outperforms google. DO NOT USE! I was charged 500 dollars for 2 phone calls... and asserted I will not get a refund...

Won't update....so won't let me access the app. I've un installed it and 're installed and its still asking to update it. I want to change my budget and can't access it !!!

Unable to sign in. It gives me an error message: account already exists. Of course it does, that's why I'm trying to sign in!

Many people have reported the same problem. Reports need to update. I do so but it won't open and asks for update again. No one has been answered and the problem persists.

DO NOT USE !!!! cost me £500 for not one call , ads were stopped but continued to run . Google In India were as unhelpful as they could be . Took money out of my account even though i told them I withdrew my permission to do so . DON'T RISK IT ,BIG CON !!!!

everytime I open the app a get it now google ads ad pops up and I already have google ads. long story short I cant access the app.

A question - Is it still there? I mean, when I open this app, it is redirecting me to Google Ads app. Is that how it is supposed to work?

mobile app wants to update itself and there is no update option on google.play. I unintalled and intalled back still same update needed alert.

Never even try it. Because they keep charging you money ans you won't be able to stop it. Please someone help me to come out of this charges. And stop them. I don't have any active campaign going on still I m charged.
