App was very useful once but new update broke. In my new phone it's not working saying "this device is not supported" , I feel AEA should be very user friendly for Amazonians to have connected everytime. Please reset the update or release new update so it works well with all devices having all specifications correctly atleast.

Thankfully my device manufacturer released a new update this month and I'm able to access this app now. Please understand that manufacturers will not send updates every 15 days with new security patch. I suffered last 4 months with no access to emails in my Phone and that was really frustrating.

Unable to use after the latest update. It says to update spl.. Bhai... From where I can get spl updated in every 2 weeks..... Unable to access outlook and other stuffs... Highly disappointed

It is not allowing me to enter since more than a month. Asking for SPL 01.12.21 to be updated but the phone's manufacturer says it is already updated. No new updates available 😢 Amazon please look into this. We don't get new SPL every 15 to 20 days.

Few mobiles do not have the software updates which makes it difficult to access the emails when the option to update the software has not been rolled out yet.

Bad app and poor instructions. Was a pain just to install and setup. I setup biometrics on my phone and the app kept saying I didn't have biometrics setup. I finally figured out it was because you have to set "biometric preferences" in settings to an existing biometric, but the error message wasn't helpful anyway. Later on in the setup process it took forever to "allocate storage" (several minutes) and then I had to keep restarting it. Haven't used the app much yet

App keeps freezing on load... every time I open the app, it pops up a message saying "Play protect already enabled", and then it spins trying to verify activation status. If i reinstall the app, it works for a little while, but eventually hits the same problem after a day or two.

I can't use this app because it demands a later security update despite any manufacturer that isn't a Google Pixel taking longer to provide security updates. Not sure how Amazon expects any of us to get work done with these ridiculous security protocols. It also takes up to an hour to gather device posture, as if it's collecting unecessary data from my phone. It's unclear what data is being scanned on my phone, for all I know this can be sending my personal data over to corporate.

Half the time it hangs on "Verifying device authentication status" and the other half of the time there's some posture issue. Of the dozens of times I've tried to use the app, I've only successful used it twice. I wish AEA worked for me, but it's really terrible.

Works great on Pixel 2. I couldn't get past through the authentication in the pervious versions. The new update has a better authentication method. Most of the websites are accessible via the app. However, the AEA browser still needs a major upgrade.

Not allowing me to actually access AEA browser anymore. Used to work great and could view tickets and links from inside the browser and now it just circles back to authentication and loops endlessly. Yes, my phone is updated, yes the app is updated, yes I've restarted my phone. Please fix asap. I need this for work.

It changed my password and encrypted my files without my permission. I know that while installing the app is says that it has the authority to do so.but that to has with Google but they don't do this type of changes without asking for permission. Due to this I lost all my data beacuse I don't have the password to decrypt the files which has been encrypted by this app.

Worked perfectly fine on OnePlus 7 pro. The only issue I had are the bookmarks and shortcut links. Most of the time I was struggling to find the correct link. Was able to open most of the internal websites without any issue given that link was correct.

why would you people change the security patch level update date to 2022-02-01, My device manufacturer doesn't even have that, also I cannot afford a new phone.. may be amazon should give us a raise or reimburse for the new phone. How are we supposed to check our e-mails now? Who is the head of the this update operation? Do you even have any idea how much this would affect L2 n L3 employees? We don't have handsome salaries like you people to purchase new phones now and then. Such a shame!!

The latest update broke the app. It assumes the security patch is outdated just based on date but dosen't consider if such an update is available for the particular phone or not. Please take a quick look on this and reslove it ASAP as we cannot access the app due to this issue.
