The old app worked just fine. I have an android phone and now since the app been updated,my phone is no longer compatible. Doesnt matter if i uninstall or update the same app that ive been using. It now no longer works and this is going to be a conflict since i cant pay my bill thru my portal

No longer compatible with my Samsung S10e. I even deleted the app and re-installed it only to get the same not compatible message

Omg should have left the other one. Now it said THIS VERSION IS INCOMPATIBLE. PLEASE CHECK OK TO UPDATE. WHEN do this nothing happens brings me back to here and state unstable or open click open back to the above statement!!! So Bad.

Changed phone but same phone number and no longer get alerts. Says no smart device is registered for account, even though it's setup already.

I used to love the app but now it's not compatible with my phone when it was before the update. I will rerate when I can use it again.

Will not let me sign in says "communication error with server", I even uninstalled and installed it again still can't use it.

I love this app. So easy to pay my bill or report an outage. But I'm having trouble signing in now.

The app was working wonderfully until the latest Android update. It will not run at all now and the developers need to update the app so those of us who keep our phones updated are able to use the app.

Power outage reporting is amazing through the app! I've had to report an outage twice in a year and a half (which is great in itself) both times they had my power back on within the hour, with a courtesy call afterwards to confirm that it was back on. The Co-op is great, but their reporting system is unmatched!

As of Feb 2nd you can't update credit card information without the app crashing. But everything else works great

The usage page should have the text larger, I literally can't see the dates.

Be sure to recheck when updating app to ensure it works correctly.

This app worked great until it was updated and installed on new phone. Now it's not letting me make payments. After I put in the amount I want to pay, it says "the amount needs to be higher than $0" even though I put in a larger amount. I called the company and they just tell me they don't know what to do.
