There is a big problem for this App. When get into the App, there are no vedios, see nothing. Only work in Huawei and iPhone, but in Xiaomi and Samsung are not working! Who can help to solve this problem?!

Why there is renewal charge ? Other application is free for qr remote viewing . ???? .this is to deter people to use your product.
Renew my Cloud subscription???? What for? Not using it and my NVR manufacturer recommended your app. You're trying to get blood out of the stone! Get real.

Why subscription?? I have no use for your cloud service I have 4GB hard disk! I bought my system 2+ years back. System + App worked fine on Aeye2.0 You withdrew Aeye2.0 without notice?! Introduced Aeye3.0 which worked then forced subscription on everyone, even for those who do not need it. Please rectify....! If no rectification I will have to move away from your App. Completely Dissatisfied 😒
