I WOULD r8 the apl (5) stars, except it keeps lagging & crashing everytime I try 2 make a purchase (& as such I've missed out on significant sale pricing due 2 specific sales ending b4 I can complete my order 4 processing, as well as some products in specific sizes because while I started out w/the item(s) in the color(s) & size I wanted, by the time I was able 2 get the app 2 work each time & finish my order(s), the item(s) in the color(s) & size I wanted were no longer available. 😕🤬👎

App is mostly good, I wish they would fix the issue of rewards disappearing if you don't pick up your order in time and it gets cancelled. I had a surgery recently, when I placed my order it was set to be ready for pick up before I had scheduled surgery. It wasn't ready. I had driving restrictions for 2 weeks after. Of course my order becomes ready during that time and I can't pick it up. It gets cancelled and my rewards cash is not reapplied to my account. Fix this please

Edited: app has definitely improved! My only minor complaint is AE use to be more reliable when it came to the quality of their jeans. I still love their jeans more than others but I can buy 2 pairs of the same jeans and they fit totally different than each other. Idk but I do enjoy their jeans as they are the only ones that fit me better than any other brand.

1) Product navigation is difficult. You can choose "Shop Aerie" but there are no categories or sub categories to choose from on the side bars. 2) Each item was added to my shopping cart 2 or 3 times and I needed to delete the extra items.

Do not apply for the credit card. They make approval so easy and spending with it so easy but absolutely impossible to make a payment and it will drop your credit score by 100 points. Randomly generated account information that doesn't get sent to you and has no link to your actual AE account. Can't make a payment despite having the money to do so. Pure garbage company I will never shop American Eagle again.

Horrible! BEWARE! Actual purchase price of an item is diluted into your part of the transaction, as price per item doesn't show on receipt and as they cancel items at their discretion. Also, good luck with your online returns and exchanges.

Not only are the clothes good, but the modeling and app features are amazing. Huuge thank you to the creators/editors for putting the models height and size to get an idea of how the select clothing piece will fit on you. They also have model diversity which is a huge help!! It's rare to see this in clothing apps so thank you so much 💖 I love shopping at AE and their clothing brand is spot on for current day fashion. Absolutely love it.

I've honestly never had a problem with the app. never had a problem paying my bill through the app nothing. I did have one problem with shipping that was actually my fault but AE was very good about corresponding with me and helped me to resolve the issue.

Canceled Order?? I created an account and made 2 online orders and everything seemed to work out fine until a few hours later, when I got an email saying my order has been "pulled for additional verification." I used a card that is in MY name registered to the address I was having my items shipped to. I have 2 separate orders so why isn't the other one canceled too then?? I will not be ordering anymore.

Made a very easy order about 3 months ago. Love the quality of clothes I get and shipping is so easy. Went to make another order but when I went to checkout the loading screen just kept flashing. Tried closing the app, making sure I was on wifi, restarting my phone, and I see others have had this problem as well so now I know it isn't my phone but the app. The website doesn't do this, and it certainly didn't do it before. Please fix.

Had some trouble at checkout. Had to enter all of my info 3 times before it reflected my correct order. A little frustrating ,almost quit trying! Luckily for AE that the 3rd time was the charm.

I absolutely love their products! I have never had luck with bras or bralettes fitting well because I have a larger bust line, but the bras/bralettes at Aerie are super comfortable and SUPPORTING! Not to mention I love the cheeky lace underwear! Everything fits perfect. Definitely true to size.

Great clothes. Quality prices. shipping fee isn't too bad; but definitely worth it. I don't ever recall my stuff getting "lost in the mail" and at times when im dissatisfied with my purchase they've been great at helping me with returns and refunds.

The app is easy to use and I got a discount for my first time using it. It also suggest a birthday code for me at checkout. I found the jeans I was looking to order without problem and checkout was fast and simple.

I had a really great experience with the app! Customer service was great and the sizing charts were easy to access. Overall, an amazing company and app! 😁

extremely buggy, the amount of items in bag vs. checkout differed and I had to jump through hoops to eliminate items doubling up. Only used it for the promo.

pretty glitchy and hard to navigate, there's not really any easy want to go in between clothing categories without going right back to the beginning.

Pretty solid app, can't say I really have any complaints regarding glitches or bugs. I'll say that navigation could use a better system other than relying on the device's back button. There is no way to access the AE catalog in the "burger" menu.

It does what I need to. And that's to be able to shop through all without having to go to the website. It's easy to navigate through and everything is well layed out. I am mostly here for the jeans tho

Good app overall but sometimes it has glitches n it would be nice if u could edit the size of the item after its in ur bag instead of adding it again n then deleting the one u don't want

The "find a store" and pick up in store feature on my app do not work no matter how many times I adjust the settings or remove the app and reinstall. I have to assume it's a bug at this point because everything else works. I also booted up my old iPhone and the app works fine there.

A little frustrating navigating around. The shopping bag is also frustrating - when you're in the bag,, you think you're adding to it, but you really aren't - you're changing the contents.

Needs better functionality. Faster response time..payment should be more updated. If I have additional gift cards or credits I should be able to choose when and how they are used.

Frustrating, issues with trying to get items to ship to store, took 4 times enter credit info to get it to work.

There is an error again and again...it took me almost one hour to checkout and finally place an order.

Horrible. I placed the same order 4 times now and they wouldn't take my gift card canceled my order and messed up my money on my card because of canceling my order. So I won't be buying anything from them ever again. Weird.

Great Sales!! Wish navigation was a little easier to get from one department to the other. All in all, it is a good app.

I always buy jeans from AE. They're always comfy and fit me right. I like how you can also combine your AE and Aerie orders, and how easy it is to use coupons on this app.
