It's crashed too many time. Just terrible experience. Please make sure to fix that because it's not reflecting Aeon personally, so unprofessional.
trash app ever, transaction not real time, it is monthly update only! now it not connect and say internet connection while i can browse internet properly.
UI design is not professional at all. App designer should change UI design in order to make this App look professional and functional.
can't look in to account even we don't forget user or password and show error when i try to use forgot password for get new password to look in but error bugs

The app always alert network conection error while the conection is really fine.

Worst service... They will never consider your concern or give proper update regarding your any issues. There is a refund case of mine which is pending more than 80 days and not yet done.

I cant registered in my phone. Need help pls
there are several points that the app isn't satisfied, but I bring up one bad experience. I scan to pay by ABA visa card machine at one shop, it pop up 3 additional fields automatically with amount of payment. after pushing pay botton, it said that u cannot select up to more than 2 additional fields. the payment cannot be processed due to we cannot deselect the additional fields. after calling to customer service, they couldn't recognize the problem. pls investigate and make the app more usable.
