I already updated to the latest but still pops up to update to the latest version and can not enter the app. Very unreliable app and service.
pls let me skip unimportant updates. too much updates required when using apps. updated on 25 May 2021 for new feature of apps. whenever i click any icon on apps, it says system unavailable so i cannot use anything on the apps. i was wondering did system team check before releasing app at all??? please fix error at soonest.
1. Forcing customer to see the Ads and delay the Ads screen are bad design. 2. We opened the app but still need to click "Start to use" to proceed is double kills of user journey. You need to change UI/UX team asap.
I can't check and make a payment for my credit card because this application keep on asking me to update the latest version so that I can use AEON THAI MOBILE as well. 🥲
Error connect service after updated. ตั้งแต่อัพเดทเวอร์ชั่น ใหม่ แล้วชอบเข้าไปเช็ครายการไม่ได้เลย เข้าแล้วหลุดบ่อย และ ux ทำให้การใช้งานดูงงและใช้ยาก
Not work with Android 10, always have to delete and re-download. So confused UI , difficult to redeem promotion need an explanation pls.
Much worst than previous version. Poor user experience, slow speed, not so smooth usage especially the way to backward (need to answer yes or no before)
It's always unavailable when I try to check balance, many bugs in the system. Very bad maintaiance
Keep forcing to update even no updates available.
Gives me the information that I need when I need it. A bit of a pain having to tell register every time I have to update, but safer I think!!
Always push updating, almost everytime when open App and have to fill in info. It's annoying.

Still is not workjng with Andriod 10 . My device is Huawei P30Pro.
