It's really bad for people who were about booking your food or daily use products. From my house to AEON MALL Celadon it only took me 20k VND using grab, but the ship fee from AEON MALL to my house using AEON MALL service cost me 40k? It's a double amount compare to Grab and not only that, you only deliver 2 salad sets. Must be kidding me.
Delivery address issue all the time. Correct address but the app did not accept. I reported for months but the issue is still there
Empty store! I cannot buy a thing as every single times I open the app, the whole store is empty. So what is the purpose of creating this app? Waste your resource and my time?!?
Cannot activate my account, stuck at step inputting new password. It says "Invalid value for city".
Maybe Aeon doesnt want to serve client through the app that is why they dont want to fix the address issue. So dissappointed.
Couldn't update delivery address. Call center asked to contact them via Zalo. Waited for hours to get reply, but it still didn't work 🙄🙄🙄
The OTP code was not send, cannot register.

I could not log in to use my barcode for record because it required to upgrade. But I could not upgraded, the app didn't work. I uninstalled, but couldn't install now. Wasted so much time.
