Your apps did not show all my transaction history. What is the point of having this apps when I can't request assistance from Aeon departmental store to trace my receipt??? Now I could not return my goods for repair. Never will I want to purchase any electrical items from your store anymore. Regret of getting the aeon card.
Super duper bad experience with Aeon Pay, payment deducted money but the merchant couldn't proceed, unreliable and system can't be trusted. No more using Aeon Pay!
You got to be kidding me, 6 times re-registering and same error (unable to proceed) keeps appearing.
It is very convenient, allows me to check card balance, top-up status, transaction history from time to time. Also able to redeem point easily, on top of that, could stay up to date to the promotions available.
Useless app and support. Can't even activate card for 3 days, error FP_83. Live chat, call in & email - all sleeping & passing the buck. Contact customer service? Customer dis-service U mean. Great job making $ by sleeping & doing tai-chi
Lousy app, always hang Pay already and not reflected, end up I have to pay by cash again. Double payment. Looting the customer.
Reload but no response. Money has deducted from bank. Tried 2 different bank still not update in Aeon system after 1hr. At the end have to go ATM take cash for pay! So annoying.
Can't get OTP! And there is no support line. I can't login and also can't sync with card....
Difficult to Senior Citizen. Previous card was way better. Not recommended for senior citizen
i am already top up my account but after 5 minutes still my account dont have the update amount but they said instant topup. Its a bs instant top up, dont scam people like that.
Not useful at all. When I renew my aeon card, need to wait for 1 day to reactivate. Then was advice to go to the AEON customer service counter to manually enter my purchase point, and need to wait next month for point to be updated into aeon wallet app, well it's more than month. No points update, nothing. Not a useful app at all.
Unable download e-statement from the app Customer support reply via email takes almost a month. No agent answered calls ever after 1 hour.
Used to be good but for the past 3 weeks unable to redeem my points. System busy for 3 weeks! Btw, anyone got yr issues resolved or u get the standard auto reply?

Did not indicate the balance points available. Only keep asking any aeon credit card. Look like useless app if no aeon credit card
I need to top up my card but your apps always come out with the pop up thing asking me to apply your credit card.
Very convenient to check own credit card transaction and pay the card without bank fee charges. Seem like after I pay, the amount received up to date.
I think AEON wallet has the potential to become the best app in the area, many function are clear and good.

Hi, it seems 2 weekends consecutively aeon already upgrading their system. It kind of annoying since customers normally want to do some shopping and redeem member's perks. Plus, the apps also requires you to log in everytime you want to open it. Why not just make one log in process only once a month? It's very inconvenient. Tq.
Bad app experience. Have installed for more than a month but still fails delivering the most basic function. Tired of "the internet connection appears to be offline" every single time. It should read "this appears to be useless" instead. What an utter disappointment. You've been saying to look into this for so long I get sick of hearing that again and again.
If your system is having problem in "scan and pay" function. Might as well don't let user to top up credit, such a waste of time and resources in getting out the money (don't feel safe putting my money inside because of this). What's the point for attracting ppl to use your apps with extra points but doesn't fix your system. For those who are unable to use "scan and pay", kindly set your pin in their atm before u can use card to pay.
very simple and user friendly, hope to have more features especially cashless payment can be use at all convenience stores nationwide
Overall good experience on this apps. User friendly. May add on feature of redemption credit card point will be better.
I had use the app for a 2 weeks but suddenly the app starting showing error message with weird html language. After a day later I was able to login again. I believe the fund was in the member card anyway. But I am not sure without the app can we still pay by the physical card. It's better to shy away from using newly developed financial services. Or at least not to reload too much fund into it. Cash is still the king.
Suddenly I cannot access the apps and when I login, kept saying that it's unable to send the code to my mobile phone
Can't enable & activate card.. macam buang masa apply card. Terminate the card is option no one now. TQ
Please, this is ridiculous not to have CC/debit card top up feature, forcing users to use online banking is not convenient at all, inside stores sometimes connection is slow and not ideal at all. AEON as a huge corporation, please don't be stingy to implement this feature, it's been long enough. Thank you :)
A very unreliable app. Keeps on showing error message. Really can't understand such simply issue cannot be resolved for such a long time. Try exceeding any of their due dates. They will charge you overdue interest without fail! Been calling their customer service hotline but no pickup.
