Very difficult time logging in. I have tried several times to use the remember me feature as well as biometrics and I'm being required to fully log in everytime. Won't even remember my username!! Very frustrating
With the recent update the login screen won't keep my user ID saved and the biometric fingerprint log in won't stay on after activating it and logging out.. the reporting a power outage feature doesn't work.
Will no longer allow you the use of your finger print to sign in. I cleared the cache, and in the app toggled the "use my finger print" button. Still does not work.
Does not remember login information and will not let you sign in using fingerprint. I've cleared cache, then cleared data and then uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and added fingerprint but still doesn't work
Im just so happy I can pay my bill easily through an app now. Please improve how quick and easy you can submit a payment in the least amount of steps but overall ,I am very happy. Thank you.
tried the remember me feature and fingerprint. every time I sign out. I have to use my login and password due both feature buttons automatically turn off
Login screen is buggy and enraging to use. Does not securely fill in a saved password from Android OS. Does anyone test this at all? Biometrics are all messed up and it's completely unusable unless you type in your credentials manually. It's very obviously a broken experience. How is this not noticed?
To all with issues. Try clearing the cache and data inside the app. This happens sometimes when you update a few times. You will have to log in all over like you just installed the app. But should fix the issue. If not uninstall and reinstall. I don't remember having issues ever with the this app so far.
this all is so useless it's the first one I've ever taken the time to rate. I've been trying to log into this app for 6 months with no success. every time I try. it tells me "Oops! We cant load your account information right now." website is almost as bad. completely useless, cant even log on. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I Always have trouble logging in. I have the app set to recognize my fingerprint instead of having to enter login info manually...I keep getting an error message that my session has expired & I need to log back in...it's a loop that doesn't allow me to login in! Frustrating!!!
Upon finishing reading some of the othet comments on here, I've realized I'm having the same exact problems as the last two people that left comments.. I.E. This app used to work just fine before approx. November, and now all of a sudden you see "Sorry, something went wrong and your task did not complete." This app was incredibly useful at one point in its life, I'd love to see that continue...
It was a great app. Sad that it will be discontinued Oct1, 2020. AEP Ohio suggests returning or recycling the Powerley Energy Bridge. That seems ridiculous since it uses a standard ZWave protocol. I'll be trying some of the other ZWave apps out there and may edit this review with the results. Powerley, can you confirm if you are allowed to suggest other ZWave apps to work with the Energy Bridge? If so, please let AEP support know these alternatives to better serve their customers.
This app is no longer supported. It worked well while it lasted. There was a notice sent out saying they didn't have the funding to keep it going. I gave 3 stars because the program didn't continue. Other than that it was a 5 star app. I liked being able to see my energy usage and impact of changes on my bill.
App works great when you can get into it, but for the last few months you can't get in. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still didn't help. AEP can you please get this fixed.
Paid my bill as usual, with no fee, as I have been paying for years...Received an email 10 hours later, saying my bill was processed through bill matrix and I was charged a fee. Will no longer be using the app...what a bummer, it used to be a great app.
Worked great until today when I tried to pay my bill. says that my account is already enrolled in paperless billing somewhere else and won't let me pay. I can pay using other ways but you guys want a fee to do that. I'd like to pay my bill through the account as i've always done prior. I didnt change my account info so I'm not sure what's wrong.
As usual can't log in! This app was good when first came out since then everytime i try to log in it doesn't let me. This time it is saying finger prints habe been added since last log in. So i suppose inhabe mutiple finger prints! Please fix or deleting!
Useless app tbh. Always crashes and always have problems at their end. I rarely write a review and let alone a negative one. Fix your app, please. I'm not even sure if your app is up to date with the current monthly bill cycle.
I signed up in different email was able to pay my electric bill and it did well then I not know what happens. Now not able to login again. My password was correct but still not success to login. I don't want add new email address at all.
When I try to sign in it says I already have an account with this email. I asked to reset password and they claim they will send a link but they do not. About what I would expect from a company with very frequent power outages even in good weather.
App hasn't worked properly in weeks. I get a pop up that says "session expired" and I am unable to login. The app almost never works, not worth downloading.
Having trouble login into the app. It work great the first time or two I used it, but the last update it started acting stupid by not login in. Very frustrating 🥴 I hope this gets fixed soon
This App will not even load to my phone! That's why I'm not signing up for paperless billing! I won't be able to get or pay my bill at all and it's been pending to download for an hour and a half now!
It's Shockingly easy to navigate. App is kept current & flows effortlessly wherever you may need it. Alternating back & forth between accounts simple. This app will transformer the way you see your electric âš¡ & bill pay.
Absolute dog turd of an app. It won't load. I wanna give a positive review but no matter where I'm at, connection, device or whatever, I cannot log into the app. Are you guys just sitting on your thumbs waiting to fix it? How can a kid in a basement make an app that works but you guys can't even get the page to open? Fail bro.
Sometimes just will not work for periods of time. I know it happens but it's pretty often with this app specifically. Also I blame the app for my power being shut off, not myself.
Half the time I attempt to sign in it times out during the log in. It's an ongoing issue. I would think a company would do a better job of making it easy for people to give them money but maybe I expect too much.
The update had an issue. Contacted their support email. and the app is now back up. All you need to do is uninstall and install the app and you're set.
Latest update doesn't update the usage for the whole day most of the time. Also doesn't connect to the internet the first time so I have to reopen several times
Using the app prior to this last month wasn't bad. Then all the sudden I'm logged out, can't log back in. I can log in through the browser but can't add a payment method! I'm not being charged to pay a bill I'm already being overcharged on. I hate AEP, nothing but a rip off that gives OH a bad name.
