Aeris
Tracking functions:
- aeris products are equipped with different sensors, such as PM2.5, CO and NO2 sensors. Find their real-time values on your home screen.

Control your air quality:
- Choose the mode of your devices from anywhere in the world.
- Switch your machines into smart aeris mode, which adjusts the airflow of each device depending on the measured air quality in your room.
- Adjust the runtime of your air purifier to your daily habits. Just input your schedule into the program tab and aeris app will help reduce energy usage, prolong filter life and reduce noise of your machine.
- Have full oversight over your filter. You can retrieve your filter lifetime at any time over our app and reorder an exchange filter with just one click.

The App is not very intuitive or user friendly. If location services are turned off, the app doesn't retain its current location, rather it defaults to Switzerland. The analytics option appears to not track 24 hours even when turned on and functioning. Under settings, there is not a clock or time setting. When changing daylight savings to standard time and vice versa you must use location settings...I think? I find the only real use for me is programs and setting filter life.
We have 2 air filtration machines and love the machines. This app is awful though. It tells me one machine is offline, but it's not and when I click on it I can control it. Additionally, for a multi-user household, there doesn't seem to be a way to set up a shared account. Very confusing.
Had to replace the top to my QAir Lite, but once I got a hold of someone via email, they were very helpful in troubleshooting then forwarding me to the proper department for top replacement. Now my app connects properly to device and I'm able to use all the features via my phone.
Keeps saying no internet on device. Tried multiple networks. I have a dedicated 2.4 network for ALL my smart devices. It wouldn't connect to that. I have 2 other networks. Both 2.4 and 5 it wouldn't connect to those either.
Never works. Thinks my unit is offline. Doesn't recognize my account.
App is a bust, can't create account. Can't use an email must use a phone number and wait for a text message which may tell you to wait half hour and try again. MIT guys can't figure out an app for the device?? Having doubts unfortunately.
The app is OK as long as you set it up on a single phone. As soon as you configure a new phone, settings are lost in the previous one.
I try to set up account and it SAYS . SORRY. AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. WE ARE IMPROVING Initially it had issues but HONESTLY there was GREAT response thru email etc thru customer service and they worked with tech support. Odd set up using phone number instead of just simple username and password . My air quality always shows a 1thru 4 in house. I KNOW my house air can't b that clean. Don't think sensor works...
Thos app is totally useless . You cant even set up an account. It asks for you mob number then supposed to send you a pin. But doesnt even do that Not happy after paying g alot of money for this thing
Worse restriction than most streaming services. You can only log in with one device. Logging in with another logs the previous device out.
This app seems literally impossible to troubleshoot?? So not intuitive.
App does not work to pair with device.
It's slow and I can't reset the filter status after changing both filters. The app says my hepa had 23% life left but the device itself said it needed to be changed. I can't reset the hepa life either. Won't even give me an option.
