Not sure why all the hate on the camera. The new app allows you to turn off the auto-capture feature when depositing a check if it is capturing the image too fast. If you prefer, you can take the picture manually. This app is far and away better than the last one. Way more bells and whistles on the new app compared to the old one.
I preferred the Mobile Deposit option prior to the 3/19/19 upgrade. The upgraded version takes the picture entirely too fast, and really before everything is centered, which resulted in receiving a message questioning the amount to be deposited and advising that the signor of the check was not visible. When reviewing the check photo, all were visible. I rate this upgraded version of Mobile Deposit a "3" because it is convenient for making a deposit, otherwise, I would rate it less.
The mobile check deposit feature is very poor, and needs to be improved. It does not provide any capability to zoom in on the check pictures to see if the pictures are legible and need to be retaken. Very poor design for a mobile app intended for use on a small screen phone!
The mobile check deposit is frustrating and needs to addressed. Every other bank gets this right. Months later...getting better 🤙😎
Mobile Deposit is terrible. Tried with and without auto capture. With and without flash. only option is to keep retaking pictures. Date must be BETWEEN 10/1/18 and 4/1/19. Today's date is 4/1/19. No way to back out and start over. Tried 5 different checks, no luck. Previous app worked GREAT with same camera.
It worked finally but mobile deposit is way more finicky than it used to be. Kept telling me to "flip" the check over when obviously they meant to swap the ends. Does a modern app really need my signature to be on the right side? And why do I need to write "for mobile deposit only"? A lot of Aerofed members trying to deposit the same check multiple times? I shouldn't be this annoyed after using something that was created for convenience.
Great!!!..Easy to use, fast, smooth
Looks good so far. Much better offerings than the previous developers put out. Fingerprint sign in and quick easy look at accounts. Remember this isn't a fortune 100 company so, its not fair to compare the app to corporations that invest millions a quarter into development.
Love the app. Aero Fed CU has been the best in making banking easy. Good job.
Love this app. Easiest one I have! This is actually true!! I've been banking with Aero for over 20 yrs, and they make banking easy, doesn't surprise me that they would have a great app!

All is good; however, I always have problems with the map (trying to find the branch I want and then get address and phone number). I always have to go to Google. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars.
This version allows me to deposit my checks so much easier. The borders on my checks used to constantly make scanning very difficult.
Okay but super annoying to deposit checks. Had to commit 30 minutes and I don't know how many pictures in various lighting and positions to get it to go through and I have no atm that deposit checks physically.
The bare minimum. No biometrics. Sometimes payments dont go through or they go through twice. Not a stable experience
The requirement to write out "for mobile deposit only, Aero Federal Credit Union" in the signature space is just ridiculous. Had the app fail to make a deposit twice even though it said "successful."
The app has gotten a rehaul in the UI and works much better than when I first tried it. Check deposit works better than some of the common or more famous banks.
I like this app. I wish it had a way to dispute transactions and manage debit cards. Like putting a temp block. Or reordering a debit card. Thank you
I am fed up with the willynilly changes to this app. Changing the names of functions like Moble Deposit to "check" is just stupid. Step by step, Aero Fed Cred Union is alienating its members. Not good practice!
I don't like that after I take both pictures the app always asks me if I can clearly read the picture.
The people at the59th ST. office are great but it is nice to be able to do day to day things in this easy to use app.
Great app when it let's you log in. cannot reset my password Due to "technical difficulties."
It's super easy to use, especially with the new fingerprint password option.
I would like to be able to go farther back in history like I can from the website. Export to a PDF would be nice.

Very easy to use. I just they would have never closed the branch in Albuquerque. Going to miss everyone I knew. So sad they were the greatest group of people I knew. I have known Nancy since I joined this branch. 😪
app always challenges the amount or I'd for deposit only has been added. that wastes the users time.
as usual you waste our time being beta testers for something you should have gotten working 100% before releasing. Now it opens a full screen ad after closing the app. Dangerous and annoying. I close the app often to answer an important call. What if I need to call 911? The app should close immediately. Now, months later the app still does not close correctly. It interferes with and overides buttons on my phone (LG K40). Instead of closing it opens another page or an add.
