Security
- AERO Mobile uses the same strong SSL encryption technology available through online banking
- For convenience you will have the ability to have your password “remembered” and stored securely by the application*. For security reasons your password will always be required when transferring funds or making a loan payment regardless of this setting.
* This feature is optional and can be turned off at any time.
Note: You must be enrolled in AERO Online Banking in order to login and use the App. To use the Bill Pay feature within the application you will also need to be enrolled in AERO Bill Pay which can be done quickly and easily through online banking.

currently not allowing me log in, just a spinning wheel with "unable to log in"
I don't understand why it's not capturing a perfectly clear check. Very frustrating. I could give it a zero rating if there's one.
This app is terrible. Perfectly clear pictures of checks that the app can't read for mobile deposits.

Crashes during check capture. It used to work after reinstall, but now crashes every time.
This app used to work for me. But now whenever I take a photo of the back side of a check for deposit, it resets the app. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but I still get the same behavior.
When trying the Mobile Deposit feature, I get this message "Check capture not supported on this device". Why doesn't check capture work? I have a hi-def camera on the phone that supports 1080 pictures/video.
Camera part does not work properly with galaxy S4 or Note4. App is worthless to me without it.
The mobile deposit app doesn't work! Everytime the picture is taken the app just crashes and closes by itself. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

Most banking apps these days allow you to deposits checks by taking a photo. Would be nice especially since this credit union is not part of the credit union shared branching.
Quick, easy, and does all I need it to do
i have changed my user name to char .. now the account field only accepts numbers.. no way i can enter text .. so i am not able to log in
wants too many permissions guess i dont need mobile banking that badly Also dont care for new web page but guess that is the style now, look like a phone app with less info on a page
