Beautiful app some people think the timer is faulty but I think it depends on the intensity of the exercise. Low intensity exercises require more time. Hence with some exercises the timer will count 15s for a single 1 bar. And note on the app it doesnt specify that its seconds.
Good app for breaking a sweat, BUT the timer is quiet confusing because you are not sure how long you should spend on each exercise. Not much guidance either, especially if you are a beginner.
Its a good app with repect to time controller and variety of excercise in specified time only drawback lot of add comes in between which is quite frustrating...if we keep phone somewhere we have to touch screen in order to close the adds, there should be some way it closes Automatically itself.
wonderful experience. started 4 days back only. but my legs are feeling stretch and loved the exercise but the only thing please try to explain the movement for every exercise verbally because some leg and movement seems not clear.. but Great job guys.
I've just started, Im finding it easy for begginers however the animation is too small I had to check in YouTube for some of the exercise as I was not understanding apart from that it's a great app. Thank you.
I like the exercise except the timer way too slow you get bored waiting for the time to finish feels like 30 seconds exercise equivalent to 1mins or more. Just to give you an idea how slow it is.maybe improved in that one. Thank you!!
Very basic: exercises with description, and a daily list of exercises to perform. The example animations are a bit jerky and hard to interpret.
Workouts are excellent, very effective because I feel it working targeted areas. I just wish we could add/diversify exercises or speed up the arm exercises. I use it as instructed, including taking days off when instructed.
This app is so nice some steps are easy ,hard,and medium.when I download the app frist I thought it was waste but when I completed the plan of exercises ☺️ the results are so good and I have been saw lots of changes in my body this app helped me thanks a lot (no bad opinion on this app)👍👌
it's so helpful it's easy. you can do it even inside your room.its very useful specially if you're a household and a biggener. although its make you tired , at first time but if you get use to it it really help.you build you're strength patient ,ability and creativity.
There is nothing more irritating than 100's of ads popping up when that is the last thing you want to see when you are exercising so I've deleted the app as fast as l downloaded it.
Every exercise is timed I'm consistently. One will be reasonable (ex. 25 squats timed about 2-3 seconds per squat) but others are ridiculously timed (ex. 25 jumping jacks, about 20 seconds per jumping jack). The app is filled with ads for basically every other exercise app this seller makes. Would not recommend.
The timing is not accurate. It counts so slowly and could be frustrating. Other than that, it's a really good app
The animations are very weak. And the app starting time is too long. But the exercises are effective.
As we know that aerobics is the best way to loss weight and if we will do it regularly It will show its results n that results will be good for u so I think that this app is good for weight loss I m experienced with this app and satisfied too I do it twice a day to get more good result n thank you............... 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
I have lost a lot in inches but not at all in weight... I am still where I was 25 days back in terms of weight. definitely in terms of inches I see a huge difference.
Amazingly wonderful app. Within 2 weeks of using this app, people could see changes in me. I'm a couch potato when it come to exercises now I'm active cos of this app. Kudos to those who came together to design this app.
timer is beyond faulty. App suggested it took 4.05 to complete, when it actually took over 15minutes. each second counted was more like 12-15 seconds.
It's a very good app but after doing it for the first time my legs started paining 🤕🤕. But it helped me to keep fit.if they included diet plan it would be great
Hi my name is bokang , I haven't had any experience yet with this app but I'm sure it works very well and I especially like where it gives you a break after about three days this app is so awesome I recommend this app for people have been gaining weight and want lose that belly fat like me I'm also trying to lose weight and I hope whoever installs this app , that it works out well for you guys and I just wanna say that if people say that you're fat , don't be discouraged , because you are cool
The timer is not correct, one has to wait for a long time till the next workout. Pls fix it. Till then uninstalling it, even the workouts are below average.
its really helpful app if you decide to reduce ur fat by doing exercise from home. it has many userfriendly options esspecially reminder to do ex.
Very nice app and useful also... does not have heavy workouts which everybody can't do.. but it have simple and useful exercises...
i was excited to ise this app, but timer is not designed for humans, sorry i have to delete it.please fix this error,the exercises set was brilliant. fix the timer plz
Model is a bit slow but exercise is good. I keep on using this app. Those who looking for aerobic exercise try this. Is worth the time
The actual exercise is not clear with the images. And the tick tick doesn't go with the exercise well
Amazing, I love this App and as a new mom with a new born you don't want to start with hectic exercises, I recommend this especially for any one who's new at exercising
Very bad .Timer is faulty. Moreover sometimes it doesn't open so faced a lot of problems. Don't download this app
Why is there no sounds of explaining the positions and doing it during the duration Like The Other yoga app of yours that of which looks in pink colour I need to open the explanation again and again and understand what I need to do again and again as there are no sounds as to how to do it
