Aerobilet - Flights, hotels

Not responding, from last 6 months waiting for my flight cancelation reimbursement. Still now I am waiting. In my experience this is the first time i realized very worst case. Hope you are doing good for me. From last 3 years I am waiting for my flight cancelation reimbursement.

STAY AWAY FROM AEROBILET! This site cannot be trusted!!! After making payment to them for my flights, they did not pay the relevant airlines and I was left stranded at an international airport. I had to rebook all my flights again directly with the airlines. It took days to get hold of them telephonically or via email and when I eventually did they were extremely rude and inconsiderate! Worst customer service ever!

This app is bad. It does not respect its users. It installs on its users. I had previously booked a trip and paid the requested amount at the same moment. They sent me the ticket and confirmed the reservation. At the airport, I was surprised that there was no reservation, and I contacted the airline, so they said we have no relationship, so the reservation was canceled through the travel agency that booked it. I contacted them and there was no response

It's just SCAMMING. The worst experience ever. I 've lost my money. No support at all. The app is showing my ticket, but in real my ticket has been canceled by them after 2 days of payment. The phones on website never reachable, emails never answered

when I make request for change or cancellation no reply. sometimes there is a reply after two days. I called customer support by phone they told me they can't change flight. I asked for cancellation they told me the system updating call after two hours. that means if I book a flight I can't change or cancel the flight.

I love the fact that you can book hotels using a Turkish bank debit card and that they provide 3D Secure .the prices for airline tickets and hotels are also very reasonable and sometimes i found out that it can actually be cheaper. my only problem is that they should update and renew the app because it looks kind of old. other than that its perfect .

Very very bad review. Very pathetic customer service. 24/7 customer service is not available. No one picks up calls. the support team emails are pathetic, no clarity on email response. be ready to bear the cost if there is any change in plans. my first & last booking in site & im recommending my friends and colleagues to avoid this site. very disappointed & dont even want to give a rating. i downloaded this app just to write my review.that much i am frustrated.2 days of mails & still not resolved

dont ever try to use this app or website!!! i book online but no ticket provided and they deducted the amount from my card!!tried to call their customer service but no answer!! i even send them email a lot of times but no response at all!!!! pls. dont ever try to use this website it's just a waste of time and money...i will not recomend this at all!!! services very bad!!!!

The customer care is very slow. Everytime need to contact via email. The chat app never works. Twitter handle responds like a bot. However, once the case is registered, u get the refunds. Atleast they are reliable on that front.

I don't recommend to use this service for buying air tickets. There no any support available, neither from web/app (no operators available avery time) no feedback to my request by email. I spent whole day trying to resolve my issue with receipt without any sucsefull result.

V.good Fast and furious but the app doesn't shows the transit / stopover time between the flights it only shows the total travel time. needs to aad this option.

never think of dealing with this company. they don't care after they got your money. i booked a flight one week ago and still not confirmed. no one response to the email and you can not reach them. keep away to book a safe flight.

very bad services by Aerobilet staff that does not support the customers. I have sent several emails to change my flight because it was changed behind the schedule by the Egypt Airline Flight MS791. It is not my fault However Aerobilet staff didn't solve my request to change the flight. very very bad company Aerobilet to deal with.. I will fight against and legal claim them unless they solve my request.

I have terrible experience using services of Aerobilet. They did not return me my money for flight canceled by airlines. They promised me they will get it done but never did. It is hard to trust Aerobilet for next air travel ticket booking.

terrible experience .. I booked my ticket and the airlines cancelled the flight.. they said we vl refund the full amount.. now they are not replying back and no refund amount is being credited yet.. the phone number they provide is also incorrect.. I want my refund or else I am going to approach consumer court with 15 more customers..

I've tried to communicate with customer service through email, website, phone. Nobody answered. It's pointless. I need to cancel my flight and return my money but I just can't do it. Scam company.

I am very disappointed from this application and web site , if you want to contact thru email or chat, no one will reply of your email and chat, no one is giving any respone, I instruct to my friend dont use this aplication for buying air ticket etc.

this company is very bad customer service I reserve tickets from them and I can not reach the flight on the time and I try to contact support many times by email to cancel the reservations but no reply.. that is not professional site😡😡😡

Worlds worst site to book tickets For making payments its need few seconds but for refund they need 25 to 30 days with up to 80% deduction. Very bad experience👎👎

Support service doesn't work. I didn't can call them for resolving question about cost of ticket. By the webchat no one answer. By the support service email no one answer too. I'm sure this site is scamming.

I have booked my ticket through this app but my payment is not yet deducted now I have concern that will they charge big amount or is this fraud. If anyone had used this earlier please let me..

The worst agency, I booked and can't changed my flight also can't cacnel it they took all my money though I sent too many emails and when I tried to call no oke answered.

I booked a flight with a defined fares.. But when I revised the bank statement.. I discoveresd that they withdraw a higher amount

no hide or extremely fees after booking when you are going to pay the tikets and it's one of the cheapest agency travel for tikets you can use skyscanner to be sure before you select the best deal

I made booking with them, tried to modify my tickets dates without single reply from Them, I contacted them through phone, FB, Watta app and Email Bad experience with Very Bad company

These guys are thieves.. Don't book any ticket from this app.. I wanted to cancel my flight.. They don't respond to anything phone, email...
