Aeroflot just nullified my bonus miles balance. I was not able to spend the miles due to errors on their website and application Shop. Do not recommend.

It's not easy to attach bonus program card. You need to attach it every time...

The best app and the best airline. Everytime I fly with different airline I regret. But Aeroflot makes it easy to fall in love with them. Perfect support, very caring stuff members, and everything is simple and fast.

Super app. Clean interface and good user experience. Good airplane and customer service. App makes easy to book online via mobile. Highly recommended.

The app is very slow. Every action is followed by a loading screen, even when there is close to no information to display. The 'boarding pass' screen tells you to print a boarding pass instead of having a mobile boarding pass option. The app does not show the baggage allowance for an upcoming flight, instead redirecting to some generic fare details, which is absolutely inexcusable. Overall it seems that the authors cared more about the way the app looks while ignoring what it does altogether.

The App is just OK. It doesn't have many features. it is probably only convenient if you are an Aeroflot Bonus member. For all other cases you have to enter and re-enter your booking information each time you open the app. Seat reservation is not always possible. Adding visa information is possible only if you do travel to the US. ESTA travelers cannot register this info and need to check-in at the counter.

While registering for the flight went through the whole fandango of entering all the details, only to be unable to choose a seat at the final step. Now I have no idea if I am registered or not. Tried to send a service request via their website, it is very slow, with too many options, waited for the request to go through for ages. It never did. Come on Aeroflot, sort it out.

Almost great! The app is more comfortable to use then the website, but some options completely close the current page and require enter all of the information again.

Sluggish, impractical and frustrating - The app doesn't record existing flight details, unless the app itself is used for the booking. -What's the difference between 'flight status and 'flight schedule'? Confusing options and doesn't seem to provide any use. - Changing the password is very confusing; Why is there a 'Edit' option, instead of 'new password' to enter a new password? Edit means edit an existing text. In my experience Easy Jet has the best airline app

Awful app, a lot of commercials. Even when you open your booking, first thing they slap into your face is an "additional paid services" popup, not the main info about your flight.

1. Worst app I ever seen. 2. If you are flying with you pet probably they will kill them, so don't use it if you are flying with animals

Overall I had a good experience. Booking the ticket online was easy, I only interacted with the ground staff at the gate and they were professional, crew on board was very nice! Boarding went smoothly, flight left on time. Would be useful if the information about the departure terminal would be easier to find.

Both the app and the airline are awful, the app is slow and buggy, I often freezes when I'm trying to log in.

1. It works. Basically. 2. Login issues are already mentioned. Won't repeat it again. 3. I am so tired of "Aeroflot is having trouble with Google Play services". It is the only application on my phone which has such an issue. 4. It is slow. Slow bookings search, slow booking entering. 5. Aeroflot app and web-site keep messaging and emailing me, when I enter my account. Like a bank with super important and sensitive data. C'mon, guys, it is me again, not a thief. Stop doing that. Thank you!

Nice app, it helps a lot while traveling with Aeroflot. Unfortunately even bookings made on Aeroflot site with bonus number indicated are not always appearing in app automatically. Also it would be better to provide pkpass and not forcing using Pass2U. I have another app, a lot of passengers also, I believe.

The worst app EVER developed, not only it is ridiculously slow AF but also the sign in/login (from now the best translation ever made "logon" or "ingresso" in italian) is not working and if you're able to "logon" be sure you'll be disconnected the next time you try to get your boarding passes. on flight service is good and prices are cheap if compared to other companies but this app is simply the worst.

Choosing dates i have to scroll every month. Price is in euros when i am in russia. Bad details. Update: thank you to the developer for replying and to point out how to change the year. i hope it to be more obvious and easy to change the year as the year numbers are small compared to the rest of date . In regards to currency my country was set to russia but still showed Euro price. I purchased tickets on my laptop to circumvent this issue. I updated my rating to reflect.

I wish i could rate this 1 every time i use it, not just once. The worst app. Like, literally. The UX needs a major overhaul, the login system, forget the design. Inconvenient, and too many notifications

UI is good enough, and the app let's you do all the basic things you need from booking to meal selection...when it works. Which is rare at best.

The application is great for general information, but it does not follow the best practice of UX/UI For a lot of additional data the browser is opened (to check available luggage size) The app asks me to pass authentication each time after screen switch No detailed messages about flight (COVID restrictions that applied) But the main problem is resolved, easy to buy ticket and to view already bought

Cannot login. Entered user id and password, app states it is incorrect. Clicked on Forgot password, received mail, changed password. Tried to login, same issue. I called the support and I was told it is my problem. Disappointing product and support. *** 6 months later nothing has changed. Verification code works only with russian mobile number, which is not specified anywhere. Couldnt buy the ticket, had to do the payment through the webside. Disappointing.

In general good. Advantages: look and feel, works fast. Disadvantages: to go to partner programs you go to web, sometimes app is not in sync with system (data, like in browser account)

The app is just a piece of garbage. I have wasted freaking amount of time with it. In reservations not possible to save the phone number, in card delivery address not possible to pass validation. After fighting with Services error I'm done with it.
