Aeromexico

Slow, tried to opened many times to check my itinerary and never got the easy way to do it. You need to rethink the usability of this app. It also kept saying that the app couldn't log me in but I remained logged. I was never able to check-in to the flights on my trip, it kept saying I should go to a desk representative. Aeromexico, it's better to fix it and make it more intuitive, don't waste money in developing something that people won't use.

This app is slow to load even trivial amounts of information (loading screens take forever). Notifications and updates are unreliable (You get a notification about an updated gate after you've already found it on your own). And it's unable to hold even a boarding pass while you work in a different app. When you switch back to the AM app, it re-loads entirely. If you lose internet connection, your boarding pass won't load, even if it's already been loaded in your app before.

I'm not sure if it is the app that is useless or if it's Aeromexico that is completely incompetent.... Same thing I guess. Do yourself a favor and don't book with this company unless you absolutely have to. I wish I would have known what a pathetic joke this experience would be before I booked. A group of middle school children could make an app better than this. The website is even worse. Lesson learned!

I think it is really unacceptable that the boarding pass will not open without internet. Passes are subject to change but it should at least load the last version available. Wifi can be unpredictable in airports and I had no issue loading the pass to go through security or at other point in the day then as we were about to load I was freaking out because your app wouldn't load my boarding pass. This should definitely be taken into consideration and take this as a warning fellow travellers.

Keep getting error messages. Won't show my boarding pass. Tells me I don't have flight booked but I do. Numerous others.

Update has lost trip records. Just pay Delta to take care of your IT. They aren't perfect but the AM website and this app basically gives customers the runaround. The app doesn't offer filtering options for trip booking. Voucher use is difficult. Why is my middle initial appended to my first name instead of being in the middle name field. Use of Delta ebiz number crashes ticket purchase. Take it out and the purchase works. My Delta Skymiles number rarely stays in my Aeromexico reservation.

Love the app, very user friendly, on booking for flights, looking for promos, checking balance/travel points. Makes easy to check-in. No glitches nor errors during processing a transaction, which I really appreciate. It's simple, but nice.

The app does not save your information for future flights. The rewards aren't automatically added to your account. Everytime I log in I have to find my premier number. Very fusterating experience. Last time I'm booking with Aeromexico.

Easy to use. Buying tickets is a breeze and checking in its even easier. You can switch seats, add bags, and see other options all showing what the cost would be. Clear graphics and usability too with no lags.

Dont use. This app is useless. I picked my flight seats and paid for baggage..the app wouldnt let me check-in or get my boarding pass. Then when I got to the airport I told them I paid for 2 pieces of luggage through the app and they said it didnt show that anywhere..so I got charged for 2 pieces of luggage and still had to pay for my luggage at the airport. Pure garbage app and unreliable.

Doesn't work at all, very annoying

1) Could not check in through the app, had to go through a browser. 2) Enabled notifications regarding flight status, none have ever arrived in spite of the flight being delayed 3 times with corresponding gate changes. 3) Whatever info the app displays does not correspond to reality. Our flight was supposed to leave at 3:15pm. It is delayed, but the app happily claims an on-time departure with a boarding time of 6:15pm and Terminal M, but Aeromexico airport staff assures us, it will be K.

App crashes often, even when just trying to open. When it happens to work, purchased flights don't show up and you have to manually add them to your account.

The website doesn't let me in. Says to make sure the the reservation number is correct... Then i download the app where i get in no problem, but then when i press change seats, nothing happens on the next page... Seems like not so legit app or website for an airline unfortunately.

I think it's an awesome APP!!!! You should definately get it if you booked a trip on AeroMexico. I would give it five stars if it had a map with upcoming/previous trips showing up like it's partner airline's app FlyDelta. Other than that it's a great app! Good job AeroMexico!!!

I will not rant on how bad this airline is, everyone already knows that. I will not go into specifics because there isn't enough space to write. I often wondered about the complaints when my experience was so good....until today...I now know what people here are talking about.I experienced it and my SENIOR CITIZEN parents experienced it too. I thought United was bad and that's why I switched. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. Thanks Aeromexico, you made United look really great.

Check in works fine but the app has no up to date flight info. It says my flight is in the air while I'm still waiting and the flight is delayed by an hour.

Do not rely on this app for updates. The app continues to say our flight is on time despite the fact that it is delayed, and already past flight time. Just googling the flight number is giving me more accurate info than the app.

Difficult to use. Can't find needed information.

Worthless for booking, or looking! Gives prices for fights you cant book. Flown 500k+ miles with America. First time booking aeromexico . I'm praying the app isnt indectative of what I should expect of the airline.

Awesome, this app has been truly helpful during my pleasure and business trips, performance is reliable and its feature to link it with wallet also helps a lot.

The app just doesn't work. Don't bother downloading it. I wanted to check in online but nothing works. You can't even click login...

Really useful, easy to handle and completely understandable. Runs really well in my cell phone and helps me to manage my account and my flights following simple steps.
