Every week i try to log in to enter my hours, and always shows same message, account locked due to too many log ins or wrong password, i have to change password Every week, frustrating
I've literally never been able to sign in. I make a password, I get sent back to the first page and it starts over, then tells me I can't use an old password.
I liked this app until you guys updated it, now I can't log in no matter how many times I change my password it still says my stuff is wrong even though I know it's right.
It's a horrible webwrapper. Was instructed to install it to keep track of hours (after eight days of working, mind you), and it just opens the same website that was made in 2005 as you'd see on a desktop computer. Entirely useless if your phone has a web browser, which it does.
I'm trying to login but it's saying I've tried to login several times now my account is locked and I never tried to open it until now and the screen keeps jumping off and on I can't even log in.
It was working great at first. Now all it was doing was giving me an error message so I uninstalled and reinstalled and after I hit login all I get is a white screen or a black screen. Please fix this. It makes time keeping harder.
Crashes and doesn't stay logged in. I get kicked out every time and the open screen freezes whenever I try to sign back in. Hate it!!! This app is horrible. Simply horrible
Easy to use, can search for jobs, and easy to send the jobs your interested in to your recuiter. As well it's pretty simple to submit your time card through the app. The company it self is good far. I'll update later if anything changes!
Login fails and it continuously retries leading to a locked account.
My recruiter Kristen Earnhardt is such a great person, very upbeat, bubbly, and always working hard, and also easy to work with. She is driven, and determined to help. I have never met someone so helpful towards someone else. Every time I needed something or had a question she replied almost instantly and gave great advice. She also told me about this app and it is Awesome. Everything I need to know or want to see is right here on this App.
It was good. Before the last update, I had no problem whatsoever and it was a great app. Now it just keeps telling me that my sign in info is wrong when I use that exact same info to sign in from the web page. You're better off not using the app
Keeps logging in automatically with the wrong password and caused my account to be locked. Now I cannot even login using the correct credentials. Please fix the app.
Cannot login app does reoccurring error. Very annoying interface
My experience has been great! Staff has been professional, and consistent. The assignment has been progressive; environment is professional; pay exceptional. All thumbs up!
They have good jobs at times. Don't really explain what the job description is or the company. Very hard to get ahold of my recruiter threw email and phone calls. Would be awesome if could check paystubs thru app not a different website. Too many accounts to make just to stay connected. No thanks.
I love my recruiter Nick and my experience with Aerotek. I just enter my hours on fieldglass. They have done so much for me and get back to me in a very timely manner. (same day). I hope you all have had great experiences with Aerotek! and you assignments have been great through this tough time! Stay positive and they staff at AT is always looking out for our best interests!
Just updated the app on my phone, and the log in screen has gone wonky. Toggles between password and continue then locked me out for incorrect password entry.
Terrible app, never works. As soon as its opened, it tells me i'm locked out for too many login attempts. You're better off using the website.
My Name is Deandre Adams and this is the third time in the past 2 years I've tried to access this app to keep from having alot of web pages open in my browser. I recently recieved a mesage saying that im no longer valid after I made a completely new account. I would like to know if this app is only for former employees or jobseekers as well. Please help! Im starting to feel a little profiled ! Thanks
Some menus, on close, keep the spinning icon up and force you to restart the app. Google passwords no longer works at all. Please fix this.
this app is horrible. it keeps logging you out when you have to go to another screen to get your code off of your email. fix this bug asap. thank you
Before the last update it worked great. Now it loads to the loading screen with Aerotek, Aston Carter, and Actalent and then it crashes.
I had it and it worked great but now the app will not even open. I uinstalled it and reinstalled and now it will just go back to Google play when I try to open it. I cannot log my hours in anymore.
Nope. Got an email recommending this app downloaded it just to review. Literally 20/10 the worst agency I've ever dealt with. Hands down do not reccomend Aerotek after two years of being strung along at a company promised this and that - seek elsewhere.
Straight forward and easy to use! Time tracking feels a little clunky but it gets the job done!
New update won't even allow access to my account, it doesn't even make it passed the open screen. Whatever they did screwed this app up.
App doesn't work at all It tells you that you can't login, and to go to the website to browse jobs. Absolutely useless.
Information is easy to find and follow. One touch and sends the information to your recruiter. It is a very convenient app!
It was an excellent app but now it crashes b4 opening. I have deleted it multiple times and restarted my phone to no avail.
I have had to uninstall this app multiple times due to it freaking out and trying to log me in uncontrollably until it locks me out because I am unable to put in a password. I have a new phone.
