Worst loan management company ever. They took over my loan servicing 2 months ago and every single payment they say they have a received when I have digital confirmation from my bank that they digitally sent the loan payment and then I have to go through this whole rigmarole sending them all the numbers and the proof. My last processor for over 10 years I didn't have a single problem.
Nothing about your app, website or over the phone service is good. I'd give zero stars if I could. It takes forever for you to process payments. Sometimes you guys return payments i use the same info I use for other bills. It's pathetic.
App always worked flawlessly until last update. Credentials not accepted, unable to reset password or update username due to repeated "unexpected error." Cannot access account at all.
this was my first attempt to downloading and installing this app. it was a little slow I signed in with no problem I was able to get contact information to call in they picked up right away almost right away. I had no problem signing in. The program was a little clunky and bugs need to be at rest. but that's going to happen in time I'm sure. Overall not a bad experience.
The app has not worked correctly since early February. Unable to access my accounts or pay my bill via the app.
Very useful. Does everything. At some point the ux changed from very good to very good with a bunch more white space. Seems a bit necessary? It would be nice to have a slightly more compact view when you have as many student loans and I do 😂
Whoever uodated this app should be fired. I have been using it seamlessly for years. It is now useless. The interface is super klunky and difficult to manage. This used to be a 15 sec operation. And I cant even finalize a payment so i have to use my laptop now. Sloppy quality control shows a very unprofessional and careless effort. 10 steps backwards, bad job!!! Hard to beleive someone would design something so bad that involves paying them money, let's make that even harder to do lol!
App is relatively easy to navigate against most payment/account apps out there. Love that it allows me to see my amount of interest earned at the forefront of all my details. It's a solid means of conveniently managing my student loan debts.
Signing in is infuriating. Locked out, had to call to change the password and it is giving an error almost everytime i try to log in to change it. The worst app experience i have had in a long time Galaxy s7
I have a problem logging on, there is always some kind of error and it doesn't give me access!
Limited functionality and the statement documents often take over a month longer to show up compared to the website. Even worse, the recent enhancements meant to calculate payment options are worthless. A company taking so much in interest from people could at least invest in a proper application for people to use.
Since the last update, it doesn't accept the biometric login.
Adding the finger print authentication makes the app so much easier to use.
The app works well, has a clear, easy to use UI, and useful info is provided like payment history, scheduled payments, interest vs principal owed, and more. Moreover, making payments, login and biometrics (fingerprint login) works well.
Makes a really un-fun task much easier. Ive been working hard to pay off my student debt and this app makes seeing what I have left really simple. I can easily pay whatever amount I like and target specific loans.
The new update is terrible. I've used this app for many years now with no issues. However since updating, I CAN'T EVEN LOGIN. My UN/PW is correct (works on web) but not in the app. Maybe a Beta test should've been done prior to mass deployment 🤔 .
Getting easier to make payments. Love feature about designating payment. Easier to apply for a Deferment one/or Forbearance. The icons help reading mail and sending emails about student loan. Thank you.
Since the last update i fon't can reach my account...it don't recognice my pasdword.
Surprisingly user friendly. Makes keeping track of interest and principal balances easy. Super simple to make a payment and biometrics is a huge plus.
This App has to be one of the best Apps ever. It's so easy to use, everything you need is right at your finger tips and easy to find. I scheduled 3 payments in less than 1.5 minutes. Love it!
Absolutely horrible app that mirrors customer service from their phone number. Even one day late and you are forced to go to the web site or worse, call. Absolutely untenable for anyone who isn't a perfect repayer.
The most recent update broke the app. Gets stuck on the blue intro screen and that's it. But it used to work as I check it monthly. Uninstalled - guess I'll go to the website to check from now on. Pixel 4s 5G
I am unable to access the app since it is incompatible to my device. I should have the choice to install an upgrade or not.
I downloaded the app, went to sign on and immediately got kicked off. I tried to sign in 3 more times, got booted off each time. How ridiculous. Not worth the time.
Trying to log in on this app locked my account, and I now have to contact AES by phone to unlock it and waste more of my time, as usual. This app sucks almost as much as AES's loan terms.
Student loan repayment is stressful enough. I love this AES app because it's super user-friendly, convenient and I can easily see my numbers.
While i like how easy the app is. I have trouble logging in. It just loads when i try and open the app. I have to go to the google store and open the app from there and it loads fine. Not sure if its something i'm doing wrong or what is going on with the app?
Would not allow me to create an account. It kept stating that my information was incorrect. I double check and triple check my information, it still came back as my information was incorrect. I uninstall.
Very seamless to use. I was looking for tax statements and remember having to log in to the website but otherwise, app is clean and uncluttered.
App worked fine until the most recent update last month. Now I only receive an error message whenever I sign in and am unable to access my account. Seems like others have reported the same issue.
