App is broken. Cannot scroll at all. And when I try to search for providers in my area, it shows me providers nearly 100 miles away as the top choice, and I can't see any others because it won't scroll! If I try to search by provider name, it simply goes back to the home menu. Can't do anything with the all. Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

Wolf in sheep's clothing. Awful. The app is as good as pointless. I can't log into my account, even after completely reinstating a new one by phone. What's worse? You want to resister through the app? Good luck, because all you'll get is an annoying pleasantry. But wait, can it get even worse? Oh yeah. No contact support. None. This is the only place I can let the developers know they done messed up. FIX IT.

This app has one job, to show ID Card. It cannot even do that. Fingerprint permission on this app? WHY??? It doesn't even provide option to activate finger print login!!! Camera access permission? WHY??? It can't even take RX prescription paper work!!! Storage access? WHY??? It's a strip down version of a website, wrapped into a smaller screen with no cache using webview!!!

They need to be more specific with this app. All I want it for is the ID card. App didn't work. Went to website with my phone. Website says get Adobe. Cool that worked. There is no go to full webpage in the app (on a phone browser at webpage you can go full webpage, get Adobe, get what you need and then the app finally works) and also, their sign in sucks. Google will not remember password. No save of their own.

Garbage app. Waste of time. Doesn't let me see what I need to see. Tried calling to speak to someone and get automated system that doesn't ever let me speak to a person. Have to log in everytime. No starts if possible

App doesn't work. Will not accept my login information but I can log into the website just fine. Contact info listed on the Google play page for this app comes back as invalid when I tried to email for support.

The credentials are correct but the app will not let me log in. Looks like this is not a genuine app from the company. Could be a third party app, stay away from this.

I am unable to sign in, doesn't recognize user name and or password. I can sign in on computer just not in this android app.

App says a code has been sent to your email, but no code sent. Needs to be fixed and have the option to resend code if needed.

From my Samsung Note 10+ I clicked on the hyperlink to read more details regarding the $20 discount thru LensCrafters and it kicked me out of the app, back to a login window.

Google Pixel 3a. Login and navigation working well. App performance is as expected.

I Can't log in to my acct. I updated, changed log in info and reinstalled the app..Very disappointing!!!!

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Requires username and password every time app is opened. Crashes constantly.

Terrible. Can't even sign in because it never sends me the verification code to complete first-time login. It's a problem with their system, moreso the app, because it flatlines on iOS too. Aetna you're a multimillion dollar corporation. You can hire some decent engineers. Spaghetti programming like this should be below you.

I have been trying to connect but it requires to type an access code which is send via email. But the app does no support putting it on hold while looking for the code in the email. If I minimize the app while looking for the email when I return to the app it would give an error and won't let me type the code. How am I supposed to access the app's content then?
