The app itself really needs some working on. I bought the watch and the instructions on the box weren't as clear (Find function specially). Also, I am not really sure if it is the app itself and/or my phone but I am not receiving the notifications unless I launch the app on my phone and keep it there. It's either the UI/OS of my phone that's the problem or it might be some minor bug. I am using a Vivo V3. Think you could help me use both the app and watch and enjoy it more? Appreciate it.
After using this for 5 months, the watch now won't connect to the app. The app is able to display the watchs' 4 digit code but after pressing "Click to pair" it says "loading..." but after a few seconds, it won't pair. Hope you can help me with this and if you can fix it. I can give a 5 stars rate. Thank you.
Bluetooth connection is very unstable with my Android Pie 9. Once connection is lost, it will take a whole day to reconnect. You are even lucky if you can reconnect. Kindly fix this issue. We trust you can.
Pls update. Connectivity is not consistent. Display on flick of wrist is not consistent. The profile is also not in sync. Unless certain improvements are applied, it just like any other digital watch.
The latest software update on this application has a bug or a problem. The app keeps on crashing and I can't use my wristband to its full features. Please solve this issue on the app. I'm not the only person that is having issues with this.
It does function good, this connects my Atmosfit to my Android, pls remember, it does not connects automatic, you need to fill up the profile and search for your Atmosfit then pair it, or try to update first, this app i think still in its raw state...so try and try to tune in the band to your device... goodluck!!!
When the new update autoinstall last 6/19 my watch became military time. I could not find any setting in the apps to change time format, but i accidentaly fix the problem. Just go to my profile, then unit, change it to british system to set it back to 12hrs format.
At first, difficult pairing to my phone and it takes time to pair. Then from my watch the screen of my watch sometimes not swiping to left 😅 but this app is accurate when it paired to my phone even when its offline from bluetooth.
The watch is working fine but I am unable to Sync to the app now. I can charge it but when the time is not in sync with my phone I won't be able to fix it. This app needs to be updated to find the watch
Kinda disappointed at first the watch and my phone can't connect easily it takes time for me to connect the gadget. 2nd msges never appears or show in my watch same with coming calls. 3rd music it looks like a design i can't use as well. So embarrassing!!!
It works okay, but its very inconvenient to need to have the app open just to receive notifications. it'd be more useful if I can receive notifications without needing the app open. If you devs can improve it, that'd be great.
After buying the AF Hydro i almost cried after reading all the reviews saying how hard it was to just pair the unit with a phone. And indeed it was true, the app wouldn't pair with the band. I read the review of Rino Martinez that said you may need to run nRF Connect first. Fiddled around with that and finally was able to connect phone to band. Whether all the apps will work as they should or not is yet to be seen, all I have now is the band showing the time. Update:Returned the AF Hydro.
UPDATE: Finally found a fix you may try guys. Unpair your watch from your Bluetooth settings and pair it again. It's working but I'm not 100 percent on this. Developer ain't doing anything bout it. The app my not be Oreo compatible. I tried to reinstall so many times but my watch won't pair.
Sadly the application is inconsistent in terms of connecting to the watch. App would often force stop for no specific reasin, I'll need to connect and resync over and over again.
It is so hard to connect to the band itself. I tried to download it again and again but still does not work. Hope they could also connect this to other fitness app like google fit
It is extremely frustrating. It is almost impossible to pair with the wristband, I have rebooted both devices to no avail and i cannot even send feedback on the app itself
Have trouble monitory ng my sleep. This up is not uptodate unlike the atmosfit elite it properly monitory my sleeping record and has sleeping record on my data. Hope that you also have this kind of feature. For like who always lack of sleep every now and then and trying to record if we have a good sleep counting. Hope that there will be an update for it. Right now I give up 2 star only. For this concern.
Bugs, bugs, bugs. So many of them. If app is closed the pairing disconnects. Messaging tool only allows 4apps. Music tool does not support spotify.
Can't searh and connect device on app. Therefore, time cannot be corrected and cannot sync data. Also, steps are inaccurate. I ride a bus and it generated steps.
When clicking back the app it automatically go home and have to click it again. After clicking it says wrist band not bond and then have to pair it again and I have to do all over again once it exit the app. Please fix this problem first
So far, it's fine. I was able to connect my phone, with not much issue(kinda still had). The band itself is fine, there are times it just gets disconnected. My issue is it didn't record my sleep? It's only been a few hours of use as I only got to use it last night. Additionally, I was trying to submit a feedback, but it won't send at all, the button just turns a different hue of blue to indicate it was pressed/clicked on, but do nothing or there was no indication of success?
